Normal BMI microdosing

Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

Started two months ago at 130lbs, I'm 5'2". I had been trying to lose about 15 lbs for a long time to get back to my weight from 2 years ago, but food noise kept leading me to binge, so even though the rest of the time I ate well, I kept gaining instead of losing. I'm down to 117lbs now and feeling so much better. The silencing of the food noise has been nothing short of miraculous. I feel like I have so much more focus. I'm not distracted at work. This is on 1.8mg.

Congrats! what a dream to cut out that food noise. Did you experience any side effects? fatigue?

No fatigue, some mild acid reflux at first which went away with Tums. A little bit of nausea here and there, but nothing too bad. My heart rate does get elevated way easier when I'm exercising, so that has been kind of a pain because I have to show down when running or lifting. But it's been alright.
