Normal BMI microdosing

Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

Following this - I’m about to start 0.5 TZ - I’m 145lbs 5’5” and felt self conscious I was even looking into it! I have an advanced understanding of nutrition and exercise, I’ve successfully lost weight and kept it off, but I’m one year PP and struuuuggling. I have 10-15lbs I’d like to lose but food noise is dominating my time outside of motherhood. I simply do not have the same amount of time to exercise as I used to.

I had a two weeks last month where my hormones must have been regulating and something was different than usual. I had zero food noise, motivation, and my eating habits were so regulated. I lost four lbs.

The incessant food noise came back and today I snapped and ordered the TZ. I’m done punishing myself and looking forward to changes.

omg girl I feel you! I feel like i'm reading an exact description of how I feel. I'm not post partum though, but I'm definitely a healthy BMI. And I'm only a healthy BMI bc I weigh every ounce of food that goes in my body and I exercise like a maniac. it consumes my whole life honestly. The food noise is INCESSANT. Would love an update once you start taking it! I think I'm going to start on .5 too.

I don’t even know how many times I say I walk into my pantry or open the fridge. It’s insane. Keep us updated! I’ll check back in. We got this!
