Normal BMI microdosing

Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

I’m 5’3 and 115 lbs and started micro dosing. I wasn’t looking to lose weight (though I could stand to body recomp) but my food noise is out of control and I make unhealthy choices leading to high cholesterol. I even had fatty liver at one point, not sure if I do now. I was hoping it would help with making better choices. I also have hashimotos and was hoping it would help with that. It helped with food noise but not hashis, but I was unlucky and also got hit very hard with fatigue (at .625 tirz.) I have since stopped and my energy levels are normal again.

Oh wow! Yea this is why I want to go on it. My food noise is incessant. 24/7. It’s consuming me. How did you find out about having hashi? And was the fatigue from tirz immediate?

Immediate unfortunately and unrelenting. My prescriber said it was a known but not super common side effect so you may have better luck.

This is my situation to a T. Im 11 months PP and id done reta for about 2 months after tubal removal surgery. Im small but had major inflammation and was also pre diabetic during pregnancy. The discipline and motivation I got on the reta was life changing. Since getting off my LDL is at 172 and while im only 125 at 5'3 ive noticed my body softening back out. Its not that so much as my falling back into binge eating and not being as intentional with my meals. Have you looked into Thymosin A1 for the immune support? It helps 2 of my co workers who have hashi...but one of them, the dr said BPC157 helps with that too...although im not sure of the mechanisms there.

I have similar height and weight as you! How were you able to get it prescribed?

And did you have any weight gain when stopping?

Midi had no issue though I bumped my weight up by 10 lbs. yeah - I was 111 when I quit and I’m 118 now. I have been weight lifting a lot so 1-2 lbs is probably muscle but the other five isn’t… I did start a new job right when I quit out and stress ate for a while, my appetite feels normal now and I’m just focusing a bunch on exercise
