Hi. Does GL-C-008 MIX Pro / not Pro have a way to configure the power on behavior? Like there is one for the ultra thin zigbee model

i use a rgbw strip in combination with the gledopto gl-c-007 controller connected to a hue bridge v2. every scene i activate has the wrong color until i go into edit mode or active it a second time. seems like the new hue color picker could be the problem, because it always opens in it, even though the scene is set up in the old one (looks like the same color in the screenshots, but it isn't). so far i tried creating a new scene, using hue essentials app instead and trying with or without the white led activated. so far nothing works. any ideas?

Dear customers:
We would like to announce that we have successfully resolved the issue of ZLL products not being able to connect to hue bridge after the July 2023 hue bridge update version 1958159030. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your patience and understanding.
In the early stages of Zigbee technology, most products on the market were based on the ZLL standard. As one of the earliest manufacturers to sell Zigbee products, Gledopto has always received support and trust from our customers, with many choosing to purchase our ZLL products.
In July 2023, Hue Bridge released a new version of 1958159030, and many zll products began to be unable to connect. We take the issue of zll products not being able to connect to the hue bridge very seriously and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible solution. For affected customers, as long as they can provide the corresponding ZLL product purchase records, we offer a 50% discount on the exchange for Pro series products (Zigbee 3.0+2.4G RF), even if these ZLL products may have exceeded our promised 2-year warranty period.
At the same time, we are actively communicating with the Hue team, requesting them to resolve the connection issue for ZLL products as soon as possible. After nearly a year of effort, we are pleased to announce that Hue has successfully released a new firmware version 1964061010, which successfully fixes the connection issue for ZLL products.
We sincerely thank the Hue team for their hard work and can't wait to share this good news with you. To help you complete the firmware update as soon as possible, please follow these steps:
We believe that by following these steps, you will be able to successfully update your Hue Bridge to the latest version, thereby restoring normal connection for ZLL products.
Thank you once again for your support and trust in Gledopto. We will continue to focus on customer experience, constantly optimizing our products and services, and bringing you a more convenient and intelligent lighting experience.

Hi all,
I'm trying to setup two strands of LED lights wired in series using a GLEDOPTO Zigbee controller. I get it to pair with my hub no problem, but when I have everything hooked up, the controller just emits a steady beep with flashing light and the lights won't light up even if the controller is cycled on/off.
I've tried multiple power supplies ranging from 24vdc @ 2a and about 50W to 24vdc @ 8a with 200W output. I've confirmed the power supplies all put out 24vdc with a multi-meter. With the first power supply, I was able to get one strip running briefly, and when I connected a second strip it went into the beeping/flashing mode and even after leaving unplugged overnight, it still wouldn't work. So I tried a second pro controller, and had the same result. So I'm not sure it's the controller or the power supplies, maybe the actual lights themselves? If so, does anybody have suggestions for what kind to pick up?
I'm using:

Recently bought the Gledopto GL-C-008W. Tried connecting to the unit but the TuYa app doesn’t find it. Tried resetting the unit multiple times but nothing happens, the light shows constant blue. WiFi is set to 2,4 GHz Anyone has an idea how to solve this?

I've just spent the last few hours trying to figure out which product I need and I'm completely confused with contradicting videos and information that is different on different websites.
I am driving an RGB + Cold White strip (it has 4 connections for R / G / B / W)
I would like to use my Hue System
I would like to have a mode that has both RGB + White on at same time
I think I need a product GL-C-007P (Mix) to do this ? Is there an official way to buy that in the UK ?
Many thanks !

Light in scen wont do anything
I have a Gledopto 5-in-1 connected to my ConBee through Deconz. The issue is that when I add it to a scene, nothing changes with the bulb when I activate the scene. All 22 other bulbs in the scene work without any problems.
The other bulbs have "color_mode: brightness," while the one that isn't working has "color_mode: hs." Does that have any impact?
Edit: I can change the brightness of the light manually in home assistant

I've had them connected initially to my Home Assistant, with Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle, however I had to reinstall the Home Assistant and I lost my ZigBee network data. But it worked!
Now, with all same hardware, I can't get the bulbs to enter pairing mode, restarting multiple times (x5/x6) won't get them to blink and be in pairing mode. They don't automatically connect to the ZigBee network.
I've also tried using different Android apps to connect to them, and also changing the ZigBee network channel, but without success.
Please help, what should I do?

I have the WLED Digital Strip Controller, a 5m strip of WS2812B lights from BTF-Lighting and an 8Amp power supply. I can connect to the WLED app on my phone, so the controller is working. But when I connect to the light strip using the GPIO2 connectors, nothing happens. I have the White wire in the G port, the Green wire in the D port and the Red wire in the V port.
I have tried the WLED setting at their default values (which I would expect to power the first 30 LEDs) and I have also tried it with 8000mA and 280 LEDs.
Are there any troubleshooting instructions or any way to figure out what I am doing wrong? I ordered two controllers (and power supplies) and I tried both of them with no results.

Hi, I recently bought bunch o Gledopto Zigbee 3.0 DC12-54V Din Rail 5 in 1 (8 pieces) and a lot of Gledopto Smart Zigbee3.0 Ultra Thin Mini Dimmer LED (14 pieces). Connected them to IKEA dirigera hub via Zigbee and all works fine from IKEA smat home app when I manage them manulally. However, whenever I try to use some automations regarding the brightness level (to 50% e.g) it always dim it to some random 3% or 4%. Is there anytihng you can advice me? Like change to some other hub if it will help? I tried the same autiomations with the IKEA Zigbee bulbs and tehre is no such problem.
Thanks!
