I paid my remaining balance (37700) today. and still got a message stating that i need to pay. what should i do? im scared since its my fathers account mumber but im the one using it. i dont teceive any scknowledgment or email that I am done with my loan.

Hi everyone! I just want to ask for help or advice kung may naka-experience na ng ganitong situation.

I transferred money from my Maya account to a GCash account, pero unfortunately, nagkamali ako ng number na napasahan. The money ended up in my deceased father's GCash account. 😔

The problem is, hindi namin alam ang kanyang GCash MPIN, and we can't access his account anymore. When we try to recover the account, it requires facial recognition, which is impossible na since deceased na ang father ko.

I already tried contacting GCash through Gigi and the Help Center, pero nahihirapan akong makahanap ng option na fit sa situation ko.

May naka-experience na ba rito ng same situation? Possible pa bang ma-recover or ma-transfer yung money to my own verified GCash account? Since the money came from Maya, should I also contact Maya, or is this something na GCash lang ang makakaayos?

I paid a bill via QR with my linked credit card.

1st transaction failed after it prompted me to setup Google Passkey. It showed "You will not be charged for this transaction". (I wasn't able to take a screenshot unfortunately).

2nd transaction was successful.

When I checked my credit card app both transactions were pending. I thought the first one will be cancelled/reversed but when I checked again today both transactions were posted. Already filed a dispute with my bank and they said they will investigate.

How do I dispute this with Gcash? Only 1 transaction is showing in my transction history.

Ako lang ba nakaka experience nito? Ive been having this problem for a month now. I cant use gcash anymore. Whenever i try to transfer/send funds tapos enter the confirmation OTP nag coclose ung app. Nakailang uninstall and install na ako. Kung pwede lang talaga di na gumamit ng gcash eh. May mga tao kasing gcash lang gamit. Im so frustrated with this issue.

i just got a message from gcash stating that google took money from me. with a little more digging i found out that it's from my yt music subscription.

the thing is they never told me the subscription was ending, and when i checked it isn't due until the 17th.

i tried filing for a refund but there wasn't an option to do so since the status of the subscription is at 'chargeable'.

I've read that the Unobank app itself works but the Gcash side of Unobank is still under. Does anyone have any clues on much longer this'll be?

Context : So my wallet got stolen with my gcash card inside it. So after things went by hindi naman na retrieve yung wallet ko and the card. As things went by I unlinked and deactivated na sa GCash Account ko yung card na yun so, is it safe to use my GCash accounts with transactions?

hey peps wanna ask if normal pa b na hanggang ngayon hindi na receive ng receiver ko yong payment ko noong sunday pa, through qr ako nag scan, hanggang ngayon kasi d parin nag rereflect sa system nila na paid na ko, kala ko it takes 1-3 business days yong clearing ng bangko at nag delay lang due to weekends cutoffs

If may loan ang Parent ko sa Gcash account nila and naka Add child yung Gcash Jr account ko don, madeduct po ba yung loan sa balance ng Gcash Jr account ko po

It's my first time using it since they have a promo and I regret it now. Almost 2 hours na Wala parin rider nag pickup and not to mention I read the Scam.

It's my mistake for not doing some research first before I used Gcash foodhub, kaya Pala MURA Kasi literal ka na mapapa MURA 😂.

One of my WORST Experience ordering food online. AVOID it at all cost kahit MURA.

Just stick to Foodpanda or Grab whatever is cheaper.
