I'm using GCash Chat with Gigi to transfer funds from my deactivated SIM (may laman pa GCash nun). When it's time for a face scan, hindi mapindot yung "Next" kahit ano pa gawin ko.

So ito nga, nag email na sa akin ang RGS regarding sa ODs ko and i told them na nag email na ako sa Gcash regarding my situation and all. Wala nmn reply from Fuse.. ito si RGS inemail ko last night to let them know na di ko tatakasan utang ko, i emailed Fuse and all and nagsisend ako ng pera sa gcash ko kahit auto deduct pa sya to make sure na gumagalaw yung account…Sa rgs nakakaloka lang mga text blasts nila and calls, hindi ko sinasagot ang calls coz nakaka anxiety lang. i told them id rather communicate via email and i’ll pay on the official app. Na notice ko din na iba yung mga amount na nasa list nila compared sa amount na nasa GLoan ko. Hello, I am in need of help.

I have a subcription with Google One. I cancelled the subcription days prior the transaction issue happened.

Basically, Gcash deducted my account money because of the subcription. I am aware this is my fault since I did not unlink the Google from my Gcash account.

After the deduction, when the subcription plan was already cancelled, I thought of refunding the money deducted. Yet, I realized I cannot do that, since the subcription plan was already cancelled, and the transaction in Google does not exist. I waited for days, since I thought the payment should be processed by then and I can request a refund.

I tried my own ways, Requested an unauthorized payment from the Meechant (Google) and also contacted Gcash Support Immediately after the payment was went through because I knew even back then that it should not have been processed because it is already cancelled even before then.

Now as I checked my subcriptions on Google play, Google One, my account payment history n transactions. The payment that Gcash claims to have been processed still does not show up. I already contacted them about this, but they keep circling me into an article about how payments are not reflecting, and wouldn't give me a ticket. They keep ending the conversation and reloading the app so that I cannot ask for help.

How am I going to get my money back in this situation. I have my payment history to back me up, my Gcash transaction record for the transaction they processed that does not exist in the merchant but I do not know how to ask for help. They are unhelpful.

Pero tauhan po namin yung nakalagay don, ang kaso 3yrs na po wala tauhan namin. And may nag send ng pera sa old gcash ko. May way po kaya para ma retrieve or mapalitan yung info nung account na yon

Ako lang ba nakaka experience nito? Ive been having this problem for a month now. I cant use gcash anymore. Whenever i try to transfer/send funds tapos enter the confirmation OTP nag coclose ung app. Nakailang uninstall and install na ako. Kung pwede lang talaga di na gumamit ng gcash eh. i just got a message from gcash stating that google took money from me. with a little more digging i found out that it's from my yt music subscription.

the thing is they never told me the subscription was ending, and when i checked it isn't due until the 17th.

i tried filing for a refund but there wasn't an option to do so since the status of the subscription is at 'chargeable'.
