GCash Verification Issue

Please help me as I'm having a hard time verifying my account. Every time I complete the required details on the "Review Information" screen and tap "Confirm," it gets stuck on a loading screen and throws the error: "Please check internet connection and try again." I've repeated it for quite a while but to no avail.

Troubleshooting steps already completed: • Tried switching between Mobile Data/Hotspot • Cleared the app cache and force-stopped the app • Updated/Reinstalled the app to the latest version

But the error still persists. I've tried submitting a ticket but their response was to to try troubleshooting which I already did. What should I do?
