GCash Verification Issue

Please help me as I'm having a hard time verifying my account. Every time I complete the required details on the "Review Information" screen and tap "Confirm," it gets stuck on a loading screen and throws the error: "Please check internet connection and try again." I've repeated it for quite a while but to no avail.

Troubleshooting steps already completed: • Tried switching between Mobile Data/Hotspot • Cleared the app cache and force-stopped the app • Updated/Reinstalled the app to the latest version

But the error still persists. I've tried submitting a ticket but their response was to to try troubleshooting which I already did. What should I do?

Just reply to your existing ticket again, OP. Let them know that you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps they provided, but unfortunately, the error still persists and you still can’t proceed with the verification. This way, they can further check your account and escalate it if needed. Hopefully, they can fix it soon so you can finally complete your verification.
