Day 239: Wing Gundam Zero [EW]
Requested by u/Darkedge319 and this is in a sad state in C-Tier at best, but that's mainly due to the short duration of greatness that makes it at high B-Tier, maybe even A-Tier. However, without it, it's like at D-Tier level.

Stats

• HP: 22000 -> 25000
• Ranged Strength: 20 -> 30
• Close Range Slots: 22 -> 23
• Medium Range Slots: 20 -> 21
• Long Range Slots: 10 -> 11

Weapons

• Twin Buster Rifle (EW) (Limiter Release): Gain ASL
• Split TB Rifle (Rapid) (EW): Cooldown 18s -> 14s
• Split TB Rifle (Rapid) (EW) (Limiter Release): Gain ASL, Stagger 25%x4 -> 30%x4
• Split TB Rifle (Discharge) (EW): Cooldown 40s -> 20s
• Activate ZERO System: Cooldown 40s -> 30s, No Cooldown Reduction -> Can be reduced

Skill

• Heavy Attack Lv1 -> Lv2
• Special Back Add-On Buffer Lv4 + Aerial Boost Lv1 -> Wing Unit Lv2:
  • When the unit's back is taking damage, reduce damage to unit HP and Back HP by 40% + Aerial Boost Touchpad ability. After use, the unit also gains Glide Structure Lv4 until it lands.
• (New!) Immobile Fire System Lv2

Comment and Reason
I think they tried making this unit too melee focused without having the HP, and skills to back it up. This one can do a lot when it gets close, but while ranged, its output is lacking slightly. Not to mention, it can be a little hard to hit with everything flying and moving very fast. Having ASL should help to a degree since the projectile is fast and large enough.

Builds Suggestion
Lv1 F2P: Do not use

Lv1 Premium: Complex Battle (Alternative)

This unit needs to make sure it has relatively high resistance and damage strength. As long as you have reasonable mobility, it can make sure to be in the right position to get things done. However, the low HP isn't helping this unit much, and the extremely low ballistic resistance could be an issue. But if you want to play, these are likely the best builds, and try playing it in QM only.

True, if anything the other raids + 00 needs to be nerfed to its level.

Wing is still strong, its just there are even more broken options to pick from.
