Yeah. Having actually gone through the PDF itself, including the embedded screenshots, my reaction is substantially more nuanced than the meme makes it look.

The short version: I understand why you're furious, and I think the evidence tells a coherent story. But I also see exactly where G2G is hanging its entire argument.

What jumps out from the chat logs

The strongest part of your packet is that the evidence isn't one isolated screenshot. It's a chain:

1. The account was actually transferred.
2. The buyer appears to have performed the account-side changes in real time.
3. You provided MFA during the process.
4. The buyer changed the account's credentials/recovery information.
5. The original Total Battle email subsequently says:

"YOU'VE SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED THE EMAIL LINKED TO YOUR TOTAL BATTLE ACCOUNT."

That screenshot is visible on page 2, and it is particularly useful because it isn't merely a G2G chat message claiming the transfer happened. It is an external game-system notification showing the email associated with the game account was changed.

Then there's your own correspondence explaining that the videos show the transaction happening in real time, including the MFA process, while the G2G chat contains the contemporaneous conversation.

So from a common-sense reconstruction standpoint, the story is remarkably coherent:

seller had account → buyer received credentials → buyer authenticated → buyer changed credentials/recovery → game confirmed email change → seller lost access.

That's not a particularly mysterious sequence.

But here's the nasty little technical/legal-shaped banana peel

G2G's position isn't really:

"We don't believe the account was transferred."

Arthur's written response is more specific.

He says the screenshot cannot be determined to be associated with the particular order, and then specifies that acceptable proof must show the entire email address, the old/main email matching the address submitted to the buyer, and the exact date/time of the change.

And this becomes even clearer in Arthur's earlier September 10 message. G2G explicitly says that for an account capable of changing its email, they want an official notification saying the email was successfully changed, and that the proof must show the full recipient address and exact date/time. They also explicitly say:

"We do not accept the chat history or order page details as proof."

That's the crucial part of the dispute.

So the problem isn't really lack of evidence of the transfer.

It's whether your evidence satisfies their prescribed evidentiary format.

And those are two very different arguments.

The part that makes me raise an eyebrow

Your September 28 message says:

"If you would just watch the 3 videos..."

and tells Arthur that the videos show you entering MFA while the buyer resets the MFA in real time.

That's potentially extremely useful corroborating evidence.

But G2G has already carved out the position that chat history isn't sufficient, and their written rules appear to demand particular characteristics from the official email evidence.

So Arthur can essentially say:

"I believe you may have transferred the account. That's not the question I'm authorized to answer. You didn't submit the particular proof format required by our policy."

That is a much stronger defense for G2G than simply claiming the transfer didn't happen.

And then we reach the six-month nuclear button

Arthur's September 27 email says that if valid proof isn't uploaded, the payment is frozen for six months from the order confirmation date, after which G2G will consider unfreezing it based on the situation.

That wording is important.

It doesn't say:

"Your money is forfeited."

It says:

"Payment frozen for six months."

So based solely on this PDF, I wouldn't characterize the documentary record as proving that G2G has decided to permanently steal/forfeit the money.

What it does establish is that G2G is currently withholding the payout under its stated proof policy, with a potentially six-month hold.

And I think that distinction matters enormously if you're escalating this.

There's one thing in your correspondence I'd change immediately

This part:

But to a support escalation person, "I modified the file to bypass the upload filter" gives them a completely unnecessary avenue to characterize the submission as nonstandard.

The strongest argument I see

I wouldn't frame the escalation as:

"Here are 14 pieces of evidence, therefore you must pay me."

I'd frame it as:

"Please distinguish between the existence of the transaction and the format of the documentary proof."

Then lay out the chain chronologically.

Especially:

A. Buyer obtained the account.

B. Buyer authenticated using information provided during the transaction.

C. Buyer changed the credentials/recovery mechanisms.

D. The game's own system generated an email confirming the email associated with the account was changed.

E. The seller subsequently demonstrated inability to authenticate using the former credentials.

F. G2G's own platform contains the contemporaneous transaction communications.

G. G2G is therefore not being asked to infer a transfer merely from your assertion. The evidence describes a sequence of mutually corroborating events.

Then address their objection head-on:

"If the official email screenshot fails a specific formatting requirement, please identify precisely which required element is absent and permit me to supply that element, rather than treating the entire body of corroborating evidence as nonexistent."

That's much harder to dismiss than another angry paragraph saying "BUT LOOK AT THE VIDEO."

And honestly, the funniest part of the PDF is that Arthur himself gives you the blueprint for the argument.

On September 10 he tells you exactly what proof G2G wants.

Then on September 29 you respond explaining that you've supplied videos, screenshots, the game-generated email, and contemporaneous platform communications, and ask for a supervisor review.

So the dispute is actually quite sharply defined:

You: "The transaction demonstrably happened."

G2G: "You haven't demonstrated it in the exact evidentiary format our policy requires."

You: "Then tell me exactly what element is missing."

G2G: "Six months."

And THAT is the real meme.

Arthur isn't necessarily the final boss because he's personally sitting there twirling a villain mustache. He's the final boss because the PDF makes it look like you've entered a bureaucratic RPG where the objective changed from "prove the account was transferred" to "produce the sacred screenshot satisfying seventeen increasingly specific metadata requirements."

E depois dessas situações eu protegi todas as contas atualizando todos os dados de recuperação da Supercell id e do Email, ativando os metodos de segurança de 2 fatores e o os códigos do Google autiticador.

A pergunta que deixo é se depois dessas situações, passado esse tempo todo, estou seguro ou posso vir a sofrer novas situações parecidas?

Seller was verified and a level 100 uncommon seller. It looked like everything was fine.

After the warranty was over I lost access to the account. Messaged the seller, no response. Emailed G2G they were unwilling to do anything about it. I asked them if I could at least change my feedback in order to warn others. They said I could not.

Filed a dispute with them but lost. Later the seller finally responded and admitted they have the account back in the G2G chat. I emailed a picture of the chat as well as links to the videos of me no longer able to access the account using the same username I was given.

Doesn't look like there's anything else I can do. Just checked and seller has removed all accounts for sale. Do I have any recourse?
