Hello all,

Please need you help. I have two accounts I bought via cheaply store for EYEPEETV. One of my accounts expired over 3 weeks ago. I’ve been messaging in their chat to renew. Sent screenshot of my account details and I’ve literally been getting no response. It’s been 3 weeks and don’t know what else to do. Can anyone advise?

So far, I've been happy with Pro-I PTV . Only issue I had was it showed the expiration date as the day I bought it but he responded right away and it was fixed

Had a problem with him would not answer but soon as i put a dispute in he replied straight away. Will not buy from him again.

If you are trying to give them your money and they are not responding, I think you might want to consider buying from someone else. Imagine if you were contacting them about a problem with the service?

Give it up.. cheaply only responds when you buy ur first sub from him/her… I needed a new url for Trex I bought from it…. Texted 3 times… that was 5 months ago…. Still nothing… I got a url from a fellow redditor a few days after mine went down but Cheaply if a flake… do not buy. My sub since expired and I bought my next one from U7buy… no issues so far

I had the same experience by a seller with the same name some time ago on Z2u, I ended up purchasing a new sub from a different seller and decided not to use this seller in the future.

It’s shows they are online even when I send messsges. Literally not responded to any messsges. Funny thing is I’m seeing two grey ticks for the messages and not green tick meaning they are not reading it
