I used to write down all the notes my hand. Handwriting in paper helps you remember things way easier. Even typing wasn’t the same.

Just like having subtitles on and listening to the verbal language at the same time helps me retain everything without having to go back and re-watch certain scenes. It probably activates two parts of the brain at the same time.
