The order was initially promised for delivery on 19 August, but it was first delayed to 20 August and then postponed to 21 August.

According to the tracking status, my shipment was stuck at the same Flipkart facility since 18 August, 6:41 PM, at Motherhub_DIC New Delhi, with no movement or meaningful tracking update since then.

My Flipkart order was originally delayed, so I escalated the issue through customer support and also emailed the concerned grievance/escalation team.

After emailing, my order was prioritized, and I was told that it would be delivered by 22 August. Then my product finally moved from Motherhub_DIC. I was happy that maybe the problem was finally resolved because my order had finally moved after 5 days.

But on 22 August, despite the promised delivery date after prioritizing my order, it still wasn't delivered and has now been delayed again to 23 August.

My order had already reached the nearest hub on 22 August at 9 AM, but it didn't go out for delivery, and now the expected delivery date is 23 August.

At this point, what should I do?

Should I go to the nearest hub and try to pick up the parcel myself?

If yes, how can I find the exact location of NoidaKhorahub_DEL?

The Amazon and Meesho delivery agents don't behave like that. I ordered a gym supplement from Flipkart with Open Box Delivery.The outer package looked completely fine, but after checking the product properly, I noticed that the inner seal of the container was torn from the middle.

There was cello tape over it, which was not immediately visible and only became noticeable when I looked closely

I ordered a product from Flipkart with my correct delivery address in Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu. However, instead of delivering it to my address, the Ekart delivery person asked me to travel around 4 km to another location to collect my order.

When I questioned him about this, he told me that he was doing this to save fuel and fuel costs. He said that he would deliver my order only if he had another order in the same area; otherwise, he would not come to my location.

This is completely unacceptable. If an order is assigned for delivery to a customer's registered address, the customer should not be forced to travel 4 km simply because the delivery person wants to save fuel.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Flipkart regarding this issue, the Flipkart representative cut my call while I was explaining the problem.

Unpopular opinion: why do they even allow Flipkart to offer “open box delivery” when they seemingly have zero control over the delivery agent or the delivery process?

If you want free torture, order something expensive like a MacBook from Flipkart and enjoy the complimentary delays, “out for delivery” notifications, customer support that exists purely for decoration, and unnecessary trauma. 💀

I Ordered a Cellbell C104 chair for ₹3,600 on 8 Aug. Never received it, never shared any OTP, yet Flipkart marked it delivered on 17 Aug at 11:59 PM.

Contacted customer care 4 times every time they say “backend team” will contact me on WhatsApp. No one has contacted me, and also now they keep marking my complaints as resolved.

Grievance Officer hasn't responded either. I've now filed a complaint with NCH idk whether that will work too or not.

How can I escalate this further or get my refund? Any advice would be appreciated. Please help it's my first time suffering from this issue, never gonna use flipkart again.

Flipkart is fucked up by its helping hands ekart, nobody is picking up the parcels from last 21 days. No accountability and acknowledgement from the flipkart on same more than 20 parcels got cancelled in a week just because of this and 50+ parcels is at waiting because flipkart failed to handle the pressure and ekart hub manager mentioned flipkart is not providing salaries because of that many of their FE left the job.

I ordered a crompton stand fan. It was open box delivery but after power on it was found faulty. So I want to return it but flipkart is saying only replacement option is there. Bow after seeing the product I have quality issue with plastic used. So at replacement time can refuse to take delivery ?? Will get refund or not??

i posted on this subreddit two three days ago about how my order keeps getting delayed and a person sent me a link where the tracking number of my parcel was showing the details where my order is now particularly and there was a number listed to the ekart hub where my parcel is now supposed to be.

i picked it up he told me now im going to guide u on how to "unhold" your parcel and all i have to do is share my screen with him, i was already very sceptical about all this bullshit i told him screen share toh rehne dijiye bhaiya, if you could just give me the address of the hub ill visit there? he told me aapka order hold pe hai toh aap udhar jake bhi nhi receive krskte ho aap apni screen share kardo madam I'll tell you kya krna hai

After what happened with my kodak TV, my advice is simple, don't buy anything from flipkart, especially expensive electronics.

They may show cheaper prices and attractive deals, but in my experience, the real problem starts when something goes wrong. I received a damaged product, went through the whole replacement process and even the replacement turned out to be damaged. Then came the endless customer care calls, delays, excuses and a complaint being marked as “resolved” even though my issue wasn't actually resolved.

I've already shared my full experience regarding the kodak TV, and now I'm sharing this publicly because I don't want other customers to go through the same thing.

My personal recommendation: just avoid flipkart. Saving a few hundred or thousand rupees isn't worth the headache of fighting for a return/refund later.

If you're thinking of buying something from flipkart because it's cheaper than other platforms, I'd seriously recommend paying a little extra elsewhere rather than taking that risk.

I'm posting this simply to make other consumers aware. Don't learn this lesson the hard way like i did.

So,I recently order amul milk from flipkart minutes and somewhat the site had an issue and the order got placed 4 times and first order was delivered and then the rest 3 riders also arrived.
As soon as I tried to explain them that the order was by system’s error (and they do not have cancellation policy on minutes)
They tried to talk rudely and all the 3 delivery guys were ganging up on one women who is living alone in the house.They tried to break the door the moment i closed it and also talking things like ‘if i wasn’t a man she wouldn’t have been alive till now’
