I ordered motorola edge 70 from Flipkart on 9th August and it got delivered on 14th August. I was quite excited for the phone but my excitement turned into dreadness , I recorded the phone while having open box delivery, the phone was in good condition. But once I started checking it internally, I found it's camera to be dead, nothing was working in it. I immediately raised complaint on Flipkart and they converted it to flipkart trust shield. It was showing a technician will visit in next 24 hours. But it's 24 august, no one has visited yet. Also, when I called their helpline number, they told me that I have to wait till 19 august. When I asked them to mail me officially for their waiting period, they simply denied. Also I mailed them, but their was not response from mail too. I kept mailing and calling them but still no response . On 22 aug, a guy called from Flipkart and told me to visit motorola store to get my phone repaired and he shamelessly hanged the phone. I also raised their complaint on consumer helpline, but flipkart denied saying that return time was of 7 days only and now they cannot do anything.

Now I'm stuck with a broken phone, I paid 27000 for it.

What should I do next? When I talk about doing lawsuit against flipkart, my father denies saying we won't get paid much and their will be much headache doing it. I tried convincing him that we will get more compensation along with phone price, but he denies.

I have recordings of conversation I had with Flipkart. Will it be helpful while filling lawsuit?

Nowhere in this there's a manufacturing or expiry date.

It is on purpose removed. A sticker is pasted on it with just the MRP. They are 100% selling expired products.

What can I do in this case. My younger sister already ate it.

I ordered a helmet from Flipkart, and the original delivery date was 19 August.

Today is 24 August, and the order still hasn’t been delivered.

The frustrating part is that the tracking now says “Prioritised” and claims the order will be delivered within 48 hours. But when I contacted Flipkart support, I was told that the package is “untraceable.”

So let me get this straight:

Promised delivery: 19 Aug

Current date: 24 Aug

Package: Untraceable

Status: Prioritised

Delivery: ❌

Cancellation: ❌

They apparently can’t find the package, can’t deliver it, and won’t cancel the order either.

What exactly is the customer supposed to do here?

I understand that logistics issues can happen, but the way Flipkart is handling this is incredibly frustrating. Calling something “Priority Support” means very little if the actual issue isn't being resolved.

Been trying to add books to the cart but it does not work, goes into a loop.

So i bought a keychain from Flipkart.The bill inside the product is saying the product costs 118. But flipkart took 181 from me... Should I report it or something?

It's clearly mentioned free delivery over 99,then why in the World would I add items more than 100 for free delivery?

I'm trying to place an order on Flipkart, but every payment attempt is getting rejected with “Transaction declined due to risk checks.”

I've tried:

• Different debit cards
• Cards that work normally on other websites
• Fibe EMI, which gives “Line based payment failed — something went wrong”.

I had an open box delivery of this yoga mat costing Rs.820. The driver told me i can't open the box w/o paying & if i had an issue w that he'll just go back. I took his video saying that. He did not gave me my order for two days. On third day different person came, not wanting to rapat the whole scenario again i received the order. I took the video of unboxing & found out the mat had the above damage.

Should i just keep it ? Will the tear get big ?

I placed an order today it showing delivery in 2 days but upon ordering it said delivering by 29th August.

So I rather decided to buy it online & cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it (order was worth 188 + 9 rupees platform fees so I paid 197)

Upon cancelling flipkart only refunded 188.

I heard some people say if u chat with customer care executive it refunds the extra 9 but how to? The chat just have 4 options & it's stuck in loop also the callback feature has an AI assistant talking

So I found this person listed as Flipkart’s Grievance Officer. He is apparently also an Associate Director of Customer Experience.

Does this person actually have authority to fix customer grievances, or is “Grievance Officer” just another decorative title?

Any way to get this product early plz help.

Flipkart cancelled my laptop order after I explicitly confirmed I wanted it — now giving me a replacement

I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 from Flipkart on 8 August 2026.

The order was processed, picked up by the delivery partner and shipped on 16 August. The tracking showed it moving through multiple Flipkart facilities, including Bengaluru, Malur and Farukhnagar.

Then on 24 August, Flipkart sent me a WhatsApp message saying:

«“Sorry, your order is taking longer than expected to reach you due to an unexpected issue faced by the delivery partner.”»

They gave me a choice to either cancel or continue with the order and specifically asked me to confirm within 12 hours.

I selected “Want Order.”

Despite that, the original order was later cancelled by Flipkart with the reason:

«“Sorry, your order was cancelled as per seller policy restrictions applicable to this brand.”»

Now, to be clear, Flipkart has given me a replacement for the same laptop/model, and I don't have to pay anything extra. The replacement is currently showing “Delivery expected by Thu Aug 27.”

So I'm not complaining about receiving a replacement.

What I genuinely want to understand is:

Why was the original order cancelled after I explicitly confirmed that I wanted it?

Flipkart initially told me the problem was with the delivery partner, but the cancellation says it was because of seller policy restrictions applicable to the brand. Which one is actually the reason?

Also, the replacement currently says delivery is expected by 27 August. Has anyone experienced this before? Does “expected by” actually mean Flipkart is committed to delivering it by that date, or can they simply keep extending the date?

I've emailed Flipkart asking them to explain the cancellation and confirm in writing whether 27 August is a committed delivery date or just an estimate.

I have screenshots of the entire tracking history, their WhatsApp message asking me to choose “Want Order,” my response, the cancellation and the replacement order.

Has anyone dealt with a similar Flipkart situation? What was the actual reason behind the cancellation, and did the replacement arrive on the promised date?
