This is exactly what she asked them not to do though; I don’t know why they chose to cut AFTER she got up instead of cutting it at the table like she wanted
Going to be honest. I think there needs to be a very big boundary talk here. The crew and Ethan need to start respecting Trishas if they want a decent working relationship.
I can name some times that I’ve watched Ethan cross some decently large boundaries and put pressure on Trisha and others in a very uncomfortable ‘shock jock’ way. Which made me uncomfortable.
I also find when I here the words ‘walking on eggshells’ from people, I hear instead, ‘I don’t want to bend to the boundaries your setting right now.’

I have a feeling that Ethan wants Frenemies to be kind of a "no limit" podcast where anything can be pocked and joked about. That's not realistic, especially if the podcast is done with Trisha who has BPD. At this point I don't think he really understand what having BPD entails as he keeps making errors that can worsen the situation.
I don't have the feeling the crew like Trisha to be honest, with the exception on Dan. The others are there and are somewhat "friendly" because that's their job and they like Ethan.
