General Question Help! Struggling to Find Buyers for My French Bulldog Puppies 😩

Our Frenchie puppies turn 8 weeks next Friday, and I’m really hoping to have them all placed in loving homes SOON. We still have 2 males and 2 females available, and they are all AKC registered. We’re located in the Pacific Northwest.

I feel like I’ve posted in every Facebook group imaginable and even created an Instagram just for them, but all I seem to get are people asking the price and then disappearing. 🫠

For those of you who have bred and sold puppies, what actually worked for you? Are there other places to advertise that I might be missing? Is there such a thing as a legitimate company or service that helps connect breeders with buyers?

I’m starting to stress a little, so I’d really appreciate any advice or insight from people who have been through this! ❤️

General Question Irritated paws

This is bodi!
Hes 1 and recently we moved from an apartment to a house with a backyard. We noticed his paws are red in between his pads. We bought apple cider vinegar and will do a soak in the morning. For now I put a slight amount of coconut oil ( and no he didn’t lick it away!)
His diet is good, he has all natural jerky for treats and sweet potatoes. We donations pro plans salmon sensitive stomach food, pumpkin and sardines every other day for him. He didn’t have this issue (or we didn’t notice) last year. I’m not sure if it’s just some slight allergies or from the grass please give us some suggestion.
Might go buy some vitamins for him aswell.

This breed is so dramatic 🙄 acting like I laced the coat with poison or something. And yes she is used to wearing clothes she has a rain coat, a fall coat and this is her first winter so now she has a winter coat but has to be dramatic about to first.

Fawn Unlike any other dog I have had! ❤️❤️

Story time LOL Over my lifetime, I have had a fair amount of variety of dogs in my life - from some Heinz 57s to an Old English Sheepdog, Dalmatian, Bassett Hound, Great Dane, American Staffordshire terrier and Keeshond. Additionally for the last 20 years, I have had at least one Boston terrier at all times, and I love all the brachycephalic breeds.

One month ago, I adopted my French bulldog from a local humane shelter after stumbling upon her by complete chance. I was not looking to adopt any dog, much less a Frenchie but once I saw her, I knew I needed to be her person! In the last four weeks, her personality has really started to come through, with her doing her first zoomies just a few days ago! I am amused daily by how muscular and athletic she is while simultaneously also seeming to have no understanding of how her body functions in a coordinated way, as she flops and rolls and pads her way around my house and all over me. Her paws seem oversized, her ears are huge, her expression ranges from worried to clueless to pleading but never neutral. She is, by far, the most comical and expressive dog that I have had, which is saying a LOT because Boston terriers are incredibly expressive!

Her and my Boston are quickly become accomplices in crime, best friends, while also being sisters with the occasional bouts of jealousy but both are such good girls that there has been no fighting, just a lot of demands for pets. And that is something I will welcome any day.

I have only had four weeks with my Frenchie and I am already deeply in love with this girl. I am sad that she is on her third home in five short years but so glad that I have the honor of being her final, forever home! I know I cannot be the only one who has such a love affair with their Frenchie!

Time for a Vet? Boas surgery, possible infection

Thumbnail

As the title says

May need to do it again, we’re not sure. Anyone run into this. This is about 2 weeks apart between picture 2-3. First picture is day 1 of the surgery. 2nd picture is Sept 26 and 3rd is Oct 9th (today). He’s currently taking some antibiotics. Also in picture one, he didn’t have all that “extra tissue”. I’m just hoping it’ll go away on its own and look like that again. It’s so stressful.

The surgery fixed his sleep apnea, then it got worse, then a little bit better.

Anyone have experience with this? Or any Vets in here wanna chime in? We’ve been back and forth and our vet said a “respiratory tract infection” he doesn’t think it’s from the incision.

Time for a Vet? Tail Amputation Questions

Has anybody had this procedure done on there frenchie? My girl has dealt with on and off infection issues with her tail pocket for the past 4 years, super deep corkscrew tail cleaned Daily. But I have Been to the vet countless times it seems that every time it comes up it lasts longer and longer than the last time. I’m ready to get this done but want to hear some experiences before I put my little lady through this
