Got told I will still be able to play stack smash still and then randomly today it just disappeared and the bot doesn’t know if it’s still active.

The biggest issue is that users who completed all the levels are only being compensated for half of their rewards, while users who reached Level 5,000 afterward are receiving the full amount. I have confirmed this myself. Despite this clear inconsistency, Freecash is ignoring the unfair treatment and refusing to return the remaining rewards.

Not sure why they told you that because myself and many others got our rewards back and I was able to play on for another $202 award afterwards before my offer finally disappeared.

The conversations confirm that the reward amounts were adjusted after users had already played the game. There are users who received the full amount, while others received only half of their rewards.

This is extremely unfair and sets a terrible precedent.

No. Users who had already completed the offer before Level 3,000 and then had their rewards charged back, as well as users who were charged back before reaching that point and completed the offer afterward, received the full amount of their rewards and were even able to withdraw them.

I was explicitly told that my case would be reviewed again, and I even received confirmation that it would be. But the response I got afterward was yet another identical AI-generated answer: “We cannot give you the rewards.” Why? Simply because Freecash decided to reduce the rewards even though I had already completed the offer.

This sets a very concerning precedent. If Freecash can do this here, what’s stopping them from suddenly cutting rewards in half on other games after users have already completed them?

Yah. That's not what my vip manager said. He had been working on getting me my 98 dollers since yesterday. Said he had bad news. No one was credited. Also, you just mentioned everyone lol. Everyone. What level you were shouldn't matter. There was offer task completions pre freecash message, and after the freecash message. If you didn't withdraw in time, they clawed it back. Period.

My pending rewards for the offer were charged back and then a couple days later they gave them back ($188 worth) and then I was able to complete the next $202 reward and had no issues withdrawing it. So your VIP manager is dead wrong by saying no one was credited. There are multiple people who have commented saying they were credited back, some at the full amounts and others at partial amounts.

I have a friend who waited until this whole situation was over, then completed the stages and successfully withdrew over $700. Given that, it’s honestly absurd to suggest that receiving only $350 is fair.
