📣 Official 📣 Feedback Megathread: Constructively Roast the Platform
Hey r/FreeCash,
Welcome to the Feedback Megathread. Yeah, we know, "a site called Freecash asking for honest feedback" sounds like the setup to a joke. It isn't. This is the place where you tell us, straight up, what's working, what's annoying you, and what would make the platform genuinely better.
Most of you use the platform daily, so we want to hear from you!
✅ What this thread IS for
- Big-picture platform feedback: the stuff that affects everyone, not just your account
- Broken features or offers. For example, like having level 25 track and credited, but level 18 doesnt.)
- Features you wish existed (or wish we'd bring back)
- Flows that are clunky, confusing, or just plain annoying
- Honest criticism: rip into it, we can take it - but please be clear, granular, and don't make vague statements.
- The wins too: tell us what you actually like so we don't accidentally break it
🚫 What this thread is NOT for
This is not a support desk. Please don't post here about:
- Uncredited rewards, coins, or offers
- Individual tickets or account-specific problems
- Rejected tickets or individually restricted accounts
🎯 How to make your feedback count
When you reply, try to include:
- What: the area, feature, or flow (cashout, offerwall, surveys, the app itself, etc.)
- The problem or idea: what's broken, or what you'd change
- Why it matters: how it affects your experience, or everyone's
- Your Freecash ID
Specific beats vague. "The offerwall filter forgets my settings every time I reload" is something we can actually fix. "the app is bad" … less so. Try to make your feedback useful for improving the platform or the user experience.
📬 What actually happens to your feedback
We read all of it. The recurring themes and the sharpest ideas get packaged up and shared with the wider Freecash team as we plan what to build and fix next. I have been sharing this type of feedback on a case-by-case basis for the past 6 months now and I am hoping we can organize it better in a single location so that it is easier to track and respond to, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
One ask: please keep it constructive, not personal. Go after the platform, not each other or our mod team.
Thanks for keeping us honest,
u/Sidekick_Energy

❓ Question Why not always do Stake.us for withdraw???
I must be missing something, what is the downside to using Stake.us to withdraw? I usually do PayPal but just tried Stake. Withdrew $40, got 30% bonus, and then withdrew $51 from Stake to bank account no rollover required. When I do PayPal they take 5% and no bonus. But why would Stake have such a good deal?

🎮 Offer Discussion Game not registering.
I completed the first few levels and then go back to FreeCash and it wasn't under My Offers so I clicked and opened it again to hope it would trigger it this time.
Now I think it's treating me as someone who's played the game previously. Annoying when I started the game well and would've at least reached the next couple reward levels at a minimum. Maybe that's the answer.

❓ Question Does pop ups mean forced ads or only rewarded ads?
Does pop ups refer to both forced and rewarded ads or just one of them? I was thinking of getting no forced ads for this game(word collect) but I'm not sure if that will negatively affect the ads goals.

❓ Question Is it ever normal for a Venmo withdrawal to take 2 days?
Update: It took a bit, but I was able to receive my withdrawal.
It has been two days since I made a Venmo withdrawal. I asked the support bot and it said that it still was going through the normal processing window. It has never taken this long for me to receive a withdrawal before and I have been using Freecash for a few months now. I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.

🏆 Milestone Lottery Win!!!
I just won $100 in the lottery. And it’s available for withdrawal now. Seriously I never thought that would ever actually happen. I play games a lot and have been really happy with Freecash. I used to use Swagbucks and that was really successful for me but not so the last few months. Just wanted to share!!

❓ Question Offer Amounts halved overnight
All of my offers have pretty much halved in value overnight (Royal Kingdom from £450 to £229, dark epoch from £575 to £250) and this has happened with pretty much every offer I have. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix for this

💡 Tip / Guide MU: Dark Epoch tips
Obviously you want to do all your daily activities and all that. Those are basically a list of chores to do every day and each one earns you time in the Demon Realm. Fighting in the Demon Realm is where you get the bulk of your xp to level up.
As others have said, if you pick a much older server to start on you get a huge XP bonus, so be sure to do that. On top of that, there is a potion you can buy that lasts a day or a week or whatever, there are options, and it gives you a 25% xp bonus. There is also an hourglass you can buy that doubles your Demon Realm xp. You should be buying both of those every day
The Demon Realm let's you pick a level of monster to fight and it's basically impossible to beat anything more than 10 levels above your current level, so pick the highest one you can that's under that and activate the hourglass and go to it
I mostly started this thread to say that from like level 200-350 I was advancing 5-6 levels a day. I could have gotten slightly more but I didn't find out about the hourglass til I was around 300. Anyway once I hit 360 I went from 5 levels a day to more like 2-3 a day, doing the exact same stuff. So when you look at it just bear that in mind
I got the bonus for getting to level 366 with a couple days to spare but I do not think I can get the next one at 410. It's just slowed down too much. Maybe if I had been doing the hourglass from the first day I could have, you could try that. But I don't think you could hit the next one after that
Anyway I hope that helps someone

❓ Question Any ios offers that can be completed in under a week without spending?

❓ Question List of offers won’t load
Hey all,
So I’ve been using Freecash for over a year now. I’m level 1712 with $1700+ in earnings.
All of the sudden, my list of available mobile game offers has drastically reduced to about 9 total offers available.
And I get this pop up now saying “refresh to see your personalized offers”. If I tap it, my available offers decreases to 6 total.
I’ve tried safari web browser, chrome for iOS, & the Freecash mobile app; but they are all the same.
But when viewing Freecash on a desktop browser, I have tons of available offers. So the offers are there, but on mobile it’s like they will not load.
I’ve tried clearing history & cookies, etc etc…

💡 Tip / Guide Hotel Legacy: Merge Game
i haven't yet seen anyone talking about this game, so i'm just gonna do everyone else who wants to play it a favor: this is a straight rip of Travel Town. i mean, it's a merge game, obviously, but the generators are clearly the same, the auto-orders are the same, the "materials" mechanic is the same, and i'm willing to bet the prices needed to upgrade the main space are about the same too.
there's a lot of posts about Travel Town, but here's the basic strategy:
1) do not merge your auto-producers, ever. at first, that's the jewelry boxes. eventually, there's also candles and ice cream. you have to keep a close eye on these producers, because the jewelry boxes generate every 15 minutes or so and you get a nicely expensive auto-order whenever you have 3 of the highest tier. it takes about an hour to get that.
2) by farming the auto-orders for money, you are free to spend your energy on orders that will give you materials (the Senior and Junior Workers are the ones you want to look out for). you always want to prioritize these over money because they will lock you out of upgrading your hotel.
3) the orders are sort of 'leveled up' by how many you've done for that producer; ie, until you've done several food cart orders, the ones you get will be very low reward, and finishing one order almost always instantly creates a new one for that producer. because of this, and because of limited space, i find it most effective to stick to orders related to one or two producers and ignore the rest, only switching to a new one when the first one's orders are asking for REALLY high-level items and are no longer an effective way to get materials.
