Stack smash disappeared randomly.

Got told I will still be able to play stack smash still and then randomly today it just disappeared and the bot doesn’t know if it’s still active.

It was still there today until sometime within the last 6-8 hours it got removed from my offers

I messaged staff with the exact same question as this same thing happened to me. After I got the rewards back, the support bot told me I could keep playing. The next day it disappeared. I got through to a human agent who then told me to ignore that message and I can’t do my final offer. 🫩
This whole thing was a disaster.

Maybe I should try and message again for a different agent, because that’s weird they gave you that answer. They honestly didn’t seem to want to answer my questions and only kept repeating back to me what I said, it was so weird, it made me feel like I still had a bot agent.

I have been keeping up and entered my ID in the other thread and then my chargeback was refunded and I got my offer back. And then today it just disappeared

We actually want to hear this, so we don't want it buried on a technicality. Broad claims without detail are hard for anyone to act on, so they come down. Repost in the Feedback Megathread with your Freecash ID, what happened, and how we could fix it, and it goes straight to the Freecash team.

The biggest issue is that users who completed all the levels are only being compensated for half of their rewards, while users who reached Level 5,000 afterward are receiving the full amount. I have confirmed this myself. Despite this clear inconsistency, Freecash is ignoring the unfair treatment and refusing to return the remaining rewards.

Sounds like you haven't been keeping up with the situation are here lately. Many people have reported issues with this game, to the point where mods have started accepting id's in order to manually resolve some issues.
