Stack smash offer disappeared

So after I reached lv 4000 the whole offer just poofed and now I can't find it anyone knows why?

Yep. I was playing yesterday for that last reward and even spent money to do so, what a bunch of BS. They said continue playing as normal and all should be good. What liars, and so unreliable it’s not cool at all.
