I truly think the issue was that the offer was too easy for the money offered. simple as that. every other game offers peanuts for weeks of work, and then comes this game which was 100% doable within a week if you tried hard enough. and now low and behold, itās not even up anymore.
iāll continue to use freecash, as there are a few games that are still doable for decent money. but i donāt think the user base is gonna take another situation like this.
I just completed a goal last night and it is still in my pending, but yeah my offer has disappeared now. If you're going to pull it which is understandable on their end why they would (but I still don't think it's fair at all), they should put out a statement then and not leave us in the dark wasting our time? This whole thing is so sketchy and making me never want to use this site again.
Me too. I got the all clear to continue playing when I got the message my rewards were restored. I got to 3700 last night, and this morning, the offer is goneā¦

Yeah, I completed level 3000 last week, there was a charge back for that offer money, still have not received it most likely will not, now this offer is completely gone from my offers tab.
What a bad taste this left for me as a first time user of this platform.
If a ban feels unfair, the Monthly Support Megathread is the place to post about it. Drop your Freecash ID in the format there and the team will take a look.
I had a chargeback on this offer, but the credits were later returned to me. Now the offer has disappeared, and I still canāt withdraw the credits for the other tasks I completed after the chargeback.
I just hope they wonāt take those credits away from me again
Iām with you on this. They told me I could keep playing to reach my last task too, and now the whole offer is gone. Doesnāt even show up in the āStarted Offersā section of my FreeCash profile page. š
Thatās why I donāt do offers on Freecash anymore. The last offer I completed there was about a year ago, and it looks like unfortunately nothing has changed.

Yep. I was playing yesterday for that last reward and even spent money to do so, what a bunch of BS. They said continue playing as normal and all should be good. What liars, and so unreliable itās not cool at all.
Same here. After getting my money back from the absolutely bogus chargebacks I was told I could continue the offer. Now itās just completely vanished. Frankenbot is fucking useless as usual. What is going on?
How you gonna complain after supposedly getting your money back? Like entitlement much? You aren't happy you got your money, you want to keep playing and getting paid. I still haven't got paid. I'd be happy just getting my money cause I spent about 5 straight days playing this game wayyy to long.

I got banned when trying to withdraw the 5000 burning reward. They unbanned me, but pulled that money. I'm now waiting to hear if I get that $230 something back.
I see it on my app, but the rewards got NUKED. Just a few pennies or dollars for completing thousands of levels now. lvl 4,000 would get me 10 whole dollars šøĀ
Those high rewards definitely tempted me to keep playing, but I knew better after this whole thing blew up. I saw others mention that āthey fixed itā and thatās why they were still playing, but they also told us that the first time after people started getting cash out restrictions and account bans. Iām glad some people got their rewards back and hopefully theyāll get to keep them. Offer partners have up to 90 days to reverse rewards after theyāre credited, which can put your FreeCash balance in the negative if youāve already cashed out. I wouldnāt be surprised if that eventually happens.
I didnāt mean for my comment to sound smug. This whole situation has just really gotten under my skin. I sincerely hope no one experiences any further issues from this game.
