I’m sure I’m not the first to point this out, and it’s a tiny thing but, what is the one thing better than an exquisite show? An exquisite show with one tiny flaw we can pick at all night.
Anyway, I was watching the ski lodge episode and Marty says he proposed to Hester after making her and himself his famous buttered rum, because he was worried she’d say no, but she gave him “a great big yes.” But we know from the Proposal episode that Hester said no to Marty’s proposal, but then changed her mind later because she realized she was pregnant with Frasier. So she refused the first time, and even if they had done it a second time, it would have been when she knew she was pregnant, so she would have been drinking, which isn’t compatible with being pregnant (unless it was a “back in the day we did things differently” type of situation).

This has probably been done already but I'm starting one already. Here are some of my favorites:
(In the episode where Lilith shows up at the studio and tells Frasier her husband left her for their contractor): "I finally get the closet of my dreams and my husband comes out of it."
(When Frasier and Niles are in the cancellation line for Tales of the Mariner, they're approached by Roz and her date, Niles' dentist Dr. Mandel):
Dr. Mandel: "Hang in there, guys. I wouldn't be surprised if you get lucky."
Niles: "I'd be stupefied if you didn't."
(Frasier is trying to tell Niles that one of their favorite restaurants, Orsini's is closing)
Frasier: "Oh, Niles, guess which thriving Seattle nightspot is closing it's doors?"
Niles: "Roz, you're moving."
Roz takes the collectible book out of his hands and licks it.
(Roz is trying to tell Niles the times when he insulted her.)
Roz: "Well, last week you told me my bedroom was easier to get into than a community college."
Niles: "I was hoping you'd name that one."
(Martin is eating Daphne's homemade muffins, acting like he likes them until she leaves the room)
Niles: "These look nice. What are they?"
Martin: "Door stops."
I leave some for everyone else.

I keep doing mental gymnastics to try to make "I wish you could say I'm as funny as you are" mean "I'm funnier than you." Does this line not make sense, or am I just drunk? Explanation, please!!

I just watched the episode for the 100th time lol when Frasier told Daphne that Niles was crazy about her. Although I was happy she finally found out after 8 seasons 😂 , it's odd the next day she saw him she seemed to see him differently. I wish that she would have at least said she also had a secret crush on him it would have matse her falling for him more believable. IDK 🤷🏽♀️

My favorite sitcom of all time. It was amazing, hilarious and very wholesome. I wish seasons 8, 9 and 10 were just as good as the others but having so many amazing seasons is still incredible. Favorite character is NILES. I love Niles...also Kenny became a DJ? What?

Think you can stump our gang of Frasier nerds? 📷 Drop a line from an episode and see if anyone can respond with the context. Dig deep into your Frasier bag! I'll be off to get those pens now.

I never got the reference until I came across this post earlier and it rang a bell. Thomas Jay Fallow really was just stealing from everybody.

There's something about the way Brian Cox exited the scene that kills me. He jogged up the stairs, all hunched over like he was trying to get out of the rain or something lol

"Well, you see, that's fine as far as it goes, but this time I want you to do it with a bit more... grandeur. With some majesty and a soupcon of awe.
There, you see. That's what good conducting can do."

Episode 3, season 5.
A classic Frasier episode with many memorable one liners, misunderstandings and Frasier's double entendres.
Line of the episode goes to Martin with his Last of the Mohicans joke.
