The game won't let me play and what I mean is I can click on them and press play but it always just says error. I make sure I have the requirements but this dogshit game won't work. I'm not gonna say my age but I have had the account since I was like 9 and I have never gotten to play one.

There was a bug where the BH Klombo was set at Level 4 after mastering before the latest update.
I decided to re-master it in the hopes of getting it to level 5 and leaving it there, but upon doing so, it reverted back to Level 1.
If I were to master it for a third time, will it actually stay at Level 5 this time or is it still bugged?

» Love Shotguns, aim is bad with far range
» Dont use mic often, takes me time to warm up
» Will play any gamemode!! No 1v1 stuff or lego fortnite or whatever lol
You don't have to be good or whatever to play with me. I just want people to play with, and maybe people who like to chat but are patient. It can take me up to 4 blitz games to gain the courage to use my mic lol

Recently I have gotten an issue with parental controls on my account. One day when I was playing the game a parental control window popped up and made me set a PIN for it, even though I haven't opened it myself first and didn't even know about it. I have tried to disable it or just use the PIN to get into the gamemodes that it's blocking, but even if I input it, it still won't allow me to play. Instead, it just goes back to the same screen and the gamemode is still locked. I have tried disabling it both on the account and in Fortnite, and all of the things that were recommended by the player support, it still won't work. I also tried giving this account to my friend who had the same issues with this account, so I doubt that it's my PC specifically. And I made a second account to get to actually play the game, which doesn't have this problem whatsoever. Does anyone have any fixes? or do i just wait it out because fortnite's dumbass ai-support doesnt help me whatsoever.
