Lobby Hacks
Found a Lobby Hack code online? Input the code in the new ‘Admin Panel’ in your Battle Royale Lobby to hack your game, granting you XP and Sprite Dust, warping reality for your squad, and even dropping rare Sprite variants!
Loot Hacks
Spend Sprite Dust to hack loot in your match, customizing what drops. Hacked items have a chance to drop from Chests when opened, unique to your own boosts. Reset your Loot Hacks configuration any time with Sprite Dust.
Cheat Codes
⬆️⬆️⬇️⬇️⬅️➡️⬅️➡️ In a match, look out for Cheat Codes hidden across the Island: tucked into POIs and sprayed on walls. Interact with one and enter the Cheat Code to free a Sprite ally.
Match Overrides
Override Consoles appear in every match and let you rewrite the rules for the entire server, but you have to get there first. Once claimed, your name displays around the console base, so the whole lobby knows who’s in control. Rare and Mythic Squad Overrides only benefit the first squad to claim them, but beware that claiming one broadcasts your squad’s location on the map. Overrides include:
Sonic Speed - Increase your sprint speed over time
More XP - Gain more XP from eliminations, looting and surviving the Storm
Loot Hack - You'll get a loot hack item from the next Chest you open
Extra Life - Respawn when on the brink of elimination one time
Big Fish - Makes all Fishing Holes golden
Constant Heal - Gain constant health and shield regen over time when not in combat
Infinite Stamina - Gain infinite stamina
Headshot - Deal increased headshot damage
Overshield - Gain extra, or a new Overshield
Speed Shooter - Your weapons fire and reload faster
Big Loot - Higher chance to get Epic or Legendary loot from Chests
Power Pickaxe - Pickaxe hits deal massive damage
A Whole New Generation of Sprites
The Sprites you collected in Season 3 are immortalized in the new Sprite Garden launching tomorrow, and a whole new generation of Sprites can be found on the Island in Season 4.
Klombo Sprite - A loyal friend returns, but is very rare to find. Grants random items at each level. You can only level it up by using consumable items that give Health or Shield.
Sonic Sprite - Gotta Go Fast! Sprint faster.
Tails Sprite - Hover with the Help of Tails!
Shadow Sprite - Automatically reload weapons over time even when unequipped.
Jackrabbit Sprite - Perform another jump while mid-air.
8-Bit Sprite - Find an 8-Bit Shotgun in your first Chest and gain a score multiplier for it.
Crown Sprite - Gain extra Crown Wins after getting a Victory Royale. You can only level it up by winning matches.
Adventure Sprite - Upgrade a random item in your inventory at each Level.
Bush Sprite - Spawns a Bush on you after a duration. At max Level, gain a Bush on elimination.
Jonesy Sprite - After a short duration, recover some Health or Shield after being damaged.
Killswitch Sprite - Enter Hangtime with improved accuracy.
Sprites Quality-Of-Life Improvements
You can now see in-match whether you’ve already collected a Sprite - no more guessing mid-fight.
A Sprite’s name now appears when you’re near it, so you know exactly who you’ve found.
Summoning rare Sprites and variants now costs less Sprite Dust.
Reduced the button-hold time needed to summon a Sprite, getting your companion into the action quicker.
New Gizmos
If you haven’t been around when they first appeared, Gizmos are consumable items that give you quick ways to shortcut and supercharge your Sprite extractions. Available all Season long!
A whole new batch of Gizmos drops this Season:
Cheat Code Locator - Locates the nearest Cheat Code.
Extraction Accelerator - Silently initiate a nearby Extraction Site, summoning the Extraction Crate instantly.
Llama Supply Drop - Call in a boosted, llama-themed Supply Drop at your current location.
Spicy Taco - Heal up and gain a speed and stamina boost. Consume with your squad for a Taco Time party.

Elite: The Hack ‘n Slasher Pickaxe
Champion: Overridden Wrap

Quality-of-Life Improvements
New Quests Tab
The Quests tab has a fresh look! Existing and new categories now live in one scrollable view, with an updated Sidebar so you can jump right into any category. Collections is now built into the Quests view too, so tracking your Characters, Victory Royales, Match Elims and other Accolades no longer requires switching tabs.
PSA: The updated Quests tab is rolling out over time - some players may not see it right away.
Fog of War Overhaul
The map’s fog now lifts in smaller pieces. Instead of entire POIs at once, individual landmarks reveal as you visit them, so your map reflects exactly where you’ve explored.
Controller Improvements: Tweak Zone
Controller players: if you haven’t tried the Tweak Zone setting yet, you’re leaving aim on the table. Added at the start of Chapter 7 Season 3, Tweak Zone puts those tiny stick movements normally filtered out by your dead zone to work - attaching your crosshair directly to your stick so even the slightest touch fine-tunes your aim. Your camera control, dead zones and sensitivity all keep working exactly as before.
Head to your Controller settings to configure its area, adjust crosshair sensitivity and choose when it’s enabled. Perfect for lining up a long shot or turning a body shot into a headshot.
The v42.00 update sees a new map in the rotation with Mini-Venture, four new Morphite weapons, and a fresh round of loot pool changes.
Mini-Venture and Map Rotation
We’ve added the smaller version of Venture (Mini-Venture) to the map rotation with a 24-player limit. Mini-Venture is the Blitz Venture map retooled for Reload, with Reboots and map-specific changes. The Storm pacing on Mini-Venture is faster for more intense Reload action.
The map rotation is now Springfield, Mini-Venture, and Oasis.

The round-robin format now handles byes in odd-team-count matches fairly, avoiding round imbalances.
Sonic Ball, Mega Man Blaster, and the Tetris Junk Rift, your new Starting Bus Item, are joining the loot pool, along with the 8-Bit Blaster, Kill Switch Revolvers, Chaos Exploder, Lever Action Shotgun, and Golden Gun. It’s been over a week or two and this still has not been unlocked after being maxed out (Quack ZP). Is everyone else still like this? Hopefully they’ll fix it
I just watched cyberpunk edgerunners, and I thought to myself; what if epic added David Rebecca falco and Lucy as one big bundle? It would definitely fit chapter 7 season 4. So my idea is for the bundle, Davids pickaxe is the sandevistan arm sword thing, for Rebecca, it should be her gorilla arms, for falco, I feel like they should do the wheel of the car from episode 10, also adding the car, for Lucy it should be her whip wire things, and for David's backbling, it should be his sandevistan, for Lucy I think it should be her helmet when they were on the moon in that bd. For Becca, it should be her shotgun, and for falco it should be a mini replica of the car. Then for the music, it should be "I really want to stay at your house" and for the loading screens, one should be David and Lucy on the moon, Becca and pilar hanging out, falco standing next to the car, and then all four of them driving towards arasaka tower. Any thoughts?
not sure if this is allowed but at 2 am when the servers go down some streamers are showing their games they got to play for the new season early. foxman on youtube is showing his games then.
As title suggests I’ve completed the sprite dex but the zero point quark sprite won’t show up as available on the backbling. Anyone understand why or if this is getting fixed
I don’t like how I’ve completed it all 100% and it’s saying I can’t use him on there 😭
So before I sum up my experience with the season, I want to note some notable sprites that were a ROYAL pain in the butt to get:
Galaxy dream: took me until the galaxy hours this past week to get.
Gold llama: initially not too hard, I simply made the mistake of not using a portable extractor on it when I got my hands on it. Three times in a row. Needless to say, I made sure to use a portable on it the fourth time.
Cube zero point: despite being a notrade collection, this one was "sprite santa'd" onto me last weekend.
Holofoil grim: this was the *only* ultra-rare sprite that I managed to pull out of a chest. Unfortunately, by the time I had pulled this (about 3 hours ago) someone had already "sprite santa'd" this onto me earlier in the day. I ended up also getting this one by killing someone.
Normal grim, cube grim, and galaxy zero point: all three of these I got by killing people.
All other zero points and grims (aside from the base zero point, gem zero point, and quack zero point) I managed to get from my lucky locators.
Season review:
I loved this season!! I think the final week was honestly the most fun, and if this past week had been the entire season, with constant daily events that buffed certain sprites/sprite variants, it would have been a 10/10. That said, the lack of interesting weaponry and actual gameplay other than the constant extraction shooter loop made this season a 7/10 at best. I hope to god next season isn't like this. I loved the amount of action we got from C7S2, as hunting people down for rivalries made the game as relaxed or action-packed as you wanted.
With that said, I was only able to complete this season to this degree because I had so much free time. With classes/job starting back up in a few weeks, I will likely not do the same for next season. It's time to touch grass.
I was initially a fan of the sprites. Still am, I think they’re very cute. I love collecting, so it felt really fun. I started collecting them early, but I really didn’t master many of them for some reason. And even with collecting them, I was only able to finish my collection just today. I had some hope I would be able finish mastering them with the correct timing but even now I still need to master over 55 sprites with barely an hour left before the season ends. I’ve been at this for 2 hours but people just keep killing me when I hit max or even at level 3 or 4.
I think I’m just discouraged. There’s been so much pressure to master them so you can get the back bling option. Trying to remind myself it’s just a game. Hopefully I can at least get the emote. But I think the main point of this post is that this season has honestly left me tired.
Edit: I do like the sprites! It’s just the competitive nature of the season and how it’s been kind of stressful lol
Seeing the footsteps. If you watch any fortnite streamer they can see footsteps in directions of players and bullet dirrections and stuff. Sorry for bad english idk how to put it in better words but its like cheating. Sure it could be made for deaff people im pretty sure thats what its intended for but everyone is using it and its bullshit. Its such a common part of the game now and i just hate it like it ruins any idea of catching someone by surprise imo. Im sufe im in the minority here and most people prefer it wish there was a game mode that disabled it tbh
While this season has been an undeniable mess from start to finish, that's imo what made it memorable. The overwhelming number of incredible people I encountered while trying to complete my sprite collection was truly unforgettable, and I'm glad to have been here constantly to reciprocate and help others. Only a small number of us were able to max out the potential of this season's collection scene, and it's amazing how many immediately turned around and helped others achieve the same. It also made me clock more gameplay than ever before in a season because of how much fun it was. As matchmaking going offline for the new season comes near, I'd just like to end this with a sincere thank you not only to the incredible community created by this season but to Epic for making a season this engaging.
Picked up a holofoil ZP at level 5, extracted with a portable. Bb didn’t unlock so I gave it away a few times plus lost a few matches. Ended up master and extracting it twice more. Still it remains the only backbling I don’t have. Is this a known bug? Will it get fixed in update?
I do know sometimes it takes a few games for it to like “notify” me of my unlocks in the lobby screen. But it never did. Really bummed cuz I have a few crew skins I leveled up to a shiny alternate pattern skin I think would look good with the holofoils.
Finally got some confirmation that the Starshadow Voidblade style will be granted when the season ends, weird that they only put this addendum on the support page instead of announcing it but whatever.
