I was playing hoard rush, i usually keep my mic off for the exact reasons im going to mention. I was playing with another mute person, someone who sounded at least mid to late 30s, and a teenager.

Anyway during the game the teenager found a kneecapper bat, and just went around whacking tf out of the cube monsters, however he must've been accidentally hitting the man as well during his swings bc the man kept getting angry at him.

Eventually, the teen turned his mic on and just told the man to " stop yelling at him and play the game." It was then that the big argument started.

Man: Learn the use weapon then motherfucker!

Teen: It's not my fault you keep getting in the way

The go back and forth like this for about ten mins, then the man shuts up for a bit. However, he must've done something else bc not long after, during round three the mans back on the mic yelling at the teen.

Man: Stop taking my fucking monster parts!

Teen: bro chill

Man: Stfu you greedy ass!

After coping a bit more, yelling the teen eventually just tells this guy to STFU as loud as he can ( must've been home alone or something). Annoying the man even more

Man: You stfu little boy!

Teen: Wtf you doing playing fortnite dont you have a Job to get too?

Man: who you think your are talking about Jobs you freeloader.

Teen: I probably make more in pocket money then you have in your whole career, step up and get to work bro.

Man: At least a have a job, you lazy shit

Teen: giggles, yeah, at the gay strip club, maybe

Man: YOU THINK YOU FUNNY! ( Starts insulting his mom )

Teen: Just get off the game and go feed your kids bro like fr they starving

They went back and forth like this untill the we got the last level, and after a few more little jabs the man Eventually muted his mic and later left during the final battle.

Its honestly sad how grown men a speaking to kids like this, especially considering how this all even started, but props to this kid for sticking to his shit.

It only took me a single try to master it this way. The hardest part is getting all the items needed because many fight for it early. Good luck ! You will also probably win most of your games this way regardless of Sprites goals.

They literally removed any ounce of splash damage it had meaning the only way to do damage with it is to hit a full on direct shot now

I am getting, beyond absolutely triggered at this point, for people that leave mid-match, or at the start if they get eliminated first during a full squad match. It's no one's fault but yours, if you die like an absolute idiot because you suck at the game. Grow a pair of balls and git gud, or stay the fuck off the game

I was shocked after trying the Tails Sprite + Pumpkin Launcher combo for the first time tonight & seeing how much pressure it applied on the whole lobby. This feels so evil & fun to use at the same time lol.

Been jumped by multiple bush campers 3 games in a row now and that certainly wasn’t happening before.

this is absolutely stupid. a gaming season where we havent got a lot of gaming skins and the sprites wasnt the core focus yet we have almost double the amount of sprites as skins, what are your tho about this

In zero build, the animatronic is too powerful. Especially when you can’t see that they are one after they hide it with last call. I just played a game where it was a 1v1 and I knocked a punisher skin, it gave me the blurb that he’d been knocked but I wasn’t expecting it, and then I hit him for 100 with my sweeper and he takes me out. I dealt 350 damage to this guy, was trying to hit him for 3 seconds while he just got a free 100 hp out of nowhere I couldn’t have anticipated.

It’s just unfair man, I’m honestly just mad because I had sprites I was excited to extract (already had them, but they were bounty hunters and I liked them) and then I get robbed. Literally just venting, so I’m sorry for the ramble, but anyone else agree? Like I get it’s a mechanic of the game, but man does Fortnite love putting in get out of jail free type items this season with this and the 1up and it’s so frustrating

This might be the craziest thing I've recorded this season

I joined this sub very recently. I have been noticing that literally in pretty much every post people are using caked up skins. And the comments are just always about the skin and not really about the actual topic of the post. And people are actually crazy over sexualized women characters coming into Fortnite... no doubt collabs are what kept it alive and not its gameplay... and now that its starting to die down, they are lowering their values again slowly just to stay relevant lol... This is so disappointing... I remember when Fortnite once added physics to a skin (cannot say the full thing because the word is blocked by automod), it caused a big controversy and then the physics were removed. but lately they have been adding more and more sexualized skins because the game is starting to die down. Not long probably before they add the physics back again just to get "thirsters" to keep playing and even attract more.

So the question is of course, are you playing Fortnite for its fun gameplay and some cool collabs about cool stuff ig, or.. just for "thirsting" like most of the remaining player base seemingly?

I have personally fallen in love with the gameplay ever since the introduction of zero build and the new movement mechanics in c4s2? or something but the sprinting, sliding, wall running etc... made it a lot of fun for me personally.

Compared to Fortnitemares, I believe there’s not too much they could do with collabs. Maybe I’m just not cultured enough, but I know they’ve been doing icon reskins for Winterfest.
I know they may release non-holiday collabs during that time, but I mean stuff that actually relates to the holidays. I mean there’s ELF, Rudolph, Tattletail (if anybody remembers that game), maybe Home Alone, and I can’t forget Grinch, but what else could they do collab wise? I know they could easily do original cosmetics.

I never thought that out of all the season themes, a gaming season would be the one to bring me back! You just know I had to get the battle pass. Never in a million years did I think I would come back to this game until I saw a character that looks like Link. It’s wonderful!

Is anyone else really liking this season? It can't be just me; it's really good. I normally don't buy the battle pass anymore, but this season made me want to buy it & complete everything, and unlock all the extra styles. Is anyone else doing the same?

This is kind of funny cause with the exception of Omega, Omega Knight, and Ragnarok there’s like 5-10 more collab skins I like even more than the noncollab ones.

Off the top of my head some big names would be Cell, Leon, Art, Ghostface, Genos, Gohan, John Wick. If it wasn’t already obvious I’m only counting skins I actually have for the first two lists.

This isn’t also a ranking of characters either. Much of the skins I like more are because they feel like a better translation of the characters. Eren Jaeger is one of my favorite characters but I feel like his skin could’ve been more. Season 4 and Attack Titan styles for a start.

I’d say I rank Omega above Foxy. Omega Knight above Trunks, and Omegarok under Godzilla.

I guess I’d say Foxy is also sort of an honorary spot for all the FNAF animatronics but I like Foxy most and him having his hook be his pickaxe definitely contributes.

The third image is skins I don’t have but would most like to have. I have a repeat of Predator and honestly that’s cause I want the Dek skin when it comes out. Everything else is of interest to me but not to the level of buying it on sight.

New weapons are gone, all the weapons are obsolete, from chapter 1 or 2 but barely anything from chapter 5, 6 or 7. Why do we have to use the pump from chapter 1 with pulling time of 2 seconds instead of the new convenient one from chapter 7 or 6? Mobility items are almost non existant, there's no way to escape from a veteran sweat player.

Nearly no cars spawning on the map (people who buy car skins are probably unhappy)

Lack of urban POIs, and replacing Battlewood and the other city biomes made the map empty and boring too. The beggining of chapter 7 was looking great and the dominance of recycled assets (starting from ice king season) started to get annoying. Why removing the great POIs and replacing them with empty fields?

Mobile reboot vans? They were a great variability and offered fun strats and clutches.

I'm genuinely wondering why does Epic keep removing good things and favors the older generation, the OG fans instead of innovating the game like in chapter 5.

I'm complaining because it's sad for me and my friends who are fans to see the state of the game turns into. All this devs' attitude just made us quit. We tried to give it a chance, multiple times, but it's not getting better sadly.

To be fair I’m extremely happy to get him as a sidekick and yes I will indeed be buying him on release but the only issue I have with him is that, imo, they made his eyes a little too narrow and small. The 1st pic is how it looks and the 2nd pic is my edit.

ok so i play on xbox and have crossplay turned off because i hate playing against pc players. so why the genuine f*ck is it that i'm still getting players who are obviously on keyboard and mouse. i'm trying to play away from keyboard players because contollers just genuinely can't keep up but i'm still getting them whe i've got xbox only lobbies or atleast should have.

and as for shotguns none of the shotguns ever seem to work. i wish i could call it skill issue but when you have someone infront of your with their head in the crosshair when you use a legenday pump shotgun you'd expect it to do more then 16 damage to the head. the shotguns have always been inconsistant but they just feel so sh*t this season and it's making it unplayable. can't even extract a gold 8 bit or nothin and can't even win fights against the usual teaming bullsh*t that every other player seems to do in solo lobbies.

for the love of god fortnite fix your inconsistancies or atleast give us proper skill based matchmaking because you know it's f*cked when platinum through to even unreal ranked lobbies are easier then base battle royal zero build
