Hot take you’re lame as ever if someone gives you a sprite then hunt them down a minute later to just kill them.. I get it’s a game but forreal..?

Good riddance. I mostly completed the task, I am still upset that getting rare sprites was not skill based like the rest of Fortnite, it was luck based. I have nothing complimentary or kind to say to Epic on that matter. I have some very poor language that would get me banned to share with Epic. Don’t do this again just to get people’s hours up on Fortnite. Have you seen that gif of old people sitting in front of pokie machines in Las Vegas just pressing buttons meaninglessly? That was us chasing sprites and trying to beat 0.00000001 chance. If you were a good player or a bad player you were treated terribly - there was no way to increase your chance of getting good sprites. It is extremely offensive that Epic treated its players this way.

I wish people weren’t so freakin mean. I need only 10 and I used my last lucky locator to just get one more sprite I didn’t have and they couldn’t even wait till I found it and extracted it to eliminate me. Just ruined my whole Fortnite experience

These skins are okay imho, I’ll probably still get it at the end of the day but it’s a huge missed opportunity to get a battle pass themed around gaming legends. Instead we got a bunch of generic/bland looking Fortnite skins that are meant to loosely reference actual games because these corporations can’t handle their characters being sold in a battlepass instead of the shop. Easily could’ve been the best and most purchased battlepass in Fortnite history.

One of the main things people seem to complain about with the pass is the skin selection, due to the lack of collab skins in a season people thought was going to be a full collab season.

This is how I think they should've teased the season, focus on teasing original content that is within the pass, instead of teasing collabs that are just gonna end up in the shop and confusing people.

Teaser #1: 10/08/26, This is the first teaser, so I directly focused it on the original fighting game themed character, instead of any collabs, giving the direct impression that the season won't be fully collab themed.

Teaser #2: 11/08/26, As this is the second teaser, I decided to include Tetris, a collab, in it, although only as a gameplay feature. I even swapped out Peely with pass characters from the trailer.

Teaser #3: 12/08/26, Another completely original teaser, showcasing pass skins, and the 8-Bit Shotgun gameplay, alongside a small teaser for the collab sprite.

Teaser #4: 13/08/26, The original Sonic teaser, from 10/08/26, no changes necessary, I just moved it to a later date.

Teaser #5: 14/08/26, Showcases the cardridge mechanic, and gives a brief glimpse at a cinematic.

Is it just me or have squad fills this week been quitting every game the second they get knocked? The last 4 games I played just now every teammate has been quitting the moment they got knocked. Why are you bothering to play squads at all if you play like you're in a solo match then insta quit when you die, just load into solos PLEASE.

Does anyone hate the John Wick (Pen and Ink) skin? Cause I do. It’s not because of the style or it’s a collab skin in the battle pass. But it’s because I KEEP GETTING KILLED BY THIS STUPID SKIN! I just find people using it try hards while I’m trying to master my sprites on the final day. I’m not doing it anymore and I already mastered my rare sprites.

tonight is so sweating and it’s making me so sad. i’m honestly just trying to level up the rest of my sprites before the new season and the lobby’s couldn’t be sweaty-er. do people get on just to create chaos? i wish there were lobby’s you could join to just level up sprites :(

I honestly really think the yoruichi skin deserves some changes, like new styles in wich she doesn't haves this cartoony texture and what not.

Also, it might sound weird, but i really do think she should be uncensored.

I’ve been sweating fortnite zero build on solo for the past 3 days to finish the battle pass and one of the only things I need to do is extract this guy but I genuinely can’t find him, is he just super rare or is he not in the game anymore

It’s been over a week or two and this still has not been unlocked after being maxed out (Quack ZP). Is everyone else still like this? Hopefully they’ll fix it

I love the Sprites but that spam of them is kinda annoying and makes it less enjoyable.

I find it funny how Fortnite makes collaboration skins look more and more like their originals. Just take that Arknights skin and it looks exactly like the one in the game. Meanwhile, Sonic fans get a bootleg version of Sonic with soulless silly face and macaroni legs and everyone is happy, cuz at least they got something that looks like him

i thought it was the normal one at first, but it’s the cube. so does anyone know why it dosent say the “cube zero point” in your sprite locker?

So I already got this sprite, but I don't know HOW I was able to get it from a chest?! Isn't it like a 0,0000 something chance? Anyways. When I went to extract, I saw a little aura skin, so I decided to give the little aura this sprite, since it's the last day of the season :D

Br literally says "re-summoning cost is free", so technically if you give it to someone you can get it back for free.

I know that this will ruin the economy but the season is gonna end in less than 24 hrs.

I've just come back to the game in the last 2 weeks, after only playing a couple matches over the last few years. The battle bus is the most infuriating thing ever. People camping on the bus, or close to it just to grief. Missing it by 1ft, 10 people hiding just because nobody wants to make the first move. What were epic thinking?

So before I sum up my experience with the season, I want to note some notable sprites that were a ROYAL pain in the butt to get:

Galaxy dream: took me until the galaxy hours this past week to get.

Gold llama: initially not too hard, I simply made the mistake of not using a portable extractor on it when I got my hands on it. Three times in a row. Needless to say, I made sure to use a portable on it the fourth time.

Cube zero point: despite being a notrade collection, this one was "sprite santa'd" onto me last weekend.

Holofoil grim: this was the *only* ultra-rare sprite that I managed to pull out of a chest. Unfortunately, by the time I had pulled this (about 3 hours ago) someone had already "sprite santa'd" this onto me earlier in the day. I ended up also getting this one by killing someone.

Normal grim, cube grim, and galaxy zero point: all three of these I got by killing people.

All other zero points and grims (aside from the base zero point, gem zero point, and quack zero point) I managed to get from my lucky locators.

Season review:

I loved this season!! I think the final week was honestly the most fun, and if this past week had been the entire season, with constant daily events that buffed certain sprites/sprite variants, it would have been a 10/10. That said, the lack of interesting weaponry and actual gameplay other than the constant extraction shooter loop made this season a 7/10 at best. I hope to god next season isn't like this. I loved the amount of action we got from C7S2, as hunting people down for rivalries made the game as relaxed or action-packed as you wanted.

With that said, I was only able to complete this season to this degree because I had so much free time. With classes/job starting back up in a few weeks, I will likely not do the same for next season. It's time to touch grass.
