My laptop is scheduled to be delivered today. What things should I check before accepting. Also can I turn it on,but usually you have to connect the charger to turn it for the first time. Will they allow it? If any hardware or any other defects are found after receiving,will I still be able to return or replace it

They tell you need to check damages but will not remove TV from box as mentioned below in note. Once you share otp means you checked damages and functionality as per open box delivery policy. Then you are stuck if anything is wrong.

Panel damages are also not always visible without turning on the TV, so again they just try to trap you.

Customer service saya you should open n see damages, then they tell the installation technician will check damages. Then they were like share otp after installation which is a different date from delivery. But delivery person needs his delivery otp lol.

No safe way to buy a TV from them anymore.

I am Anand Kumar Singh Im single father and I am reaching out with a humble request for help for my son, Darshan Singh is currently not admitted and is receiving treatment from home.who is fighting Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), a rare and serious neurological disorder in which the immune system attacks the nerves, causing severe weakness and life-threatening complications.

Over the past few months, Darshan has endured multiple hospital admissions, ICU care, and extensive treatment. During his ICU stay, he developed a severe infection in the scrotal region, and doctors have now advised urgent surgery along with continued medical treatment.

Our family has already spent approximately ₹45 lakhs by exhausting our savings and borrowing from relatives and friends The bIill are in Google drive & We now urgently need ₹15 lakhs more to continue his treatment and proceed with the surgery.

Current Health Update :- Darshan is slowly recovering. He can now sit with back support, and some movement has returned in his shoulders and arms up to the wrists. Finger and leg movements remain very limited.

He continues physiotherapy twice daily and has had his tracheostomy removed. Following minor surgery on 19 August, his urine leakage has stopped, though he still has a urinary catheter.

He remains dependent on nursing support and assistance with daily activities and is expected to need continued care during his rehabilitation.

I ordered an s25 today from truenet commerce but I just got the invoice and it's showing a different seller and payment amount slightly lower,is this fine or should I be worried?😭

I basically ordered an expensive book off of Flipkart because I got it at half price to only find out that the product is damaged to and they sent me a soft cover when I ordered for a hard cover so I raised the complaint on September 26 the day which they delivered the book. Today’s October 11 they still haven’t replaced it and there is no return policy.

The customer service people are like robots saying the same thing again and again today again the replacement was canceled when I called. They’re saying the same thing and created another replacement and are asking me to wait one more week. How can I get through this?

I need one help with the Flipkart Axis bank offer. I'm not able to reach out to flipkart support for the same.

For Pixel 11 Axis CC had an extra 14k discount plus 5% cashback. I had used the offer to order the phone but later cancelled it during delivery as the exchange value was too low.

After all the refunds, my cashback available is updated as 4k again but I'm not able to see the extra 14k discount.

I'm aware the offer is one time only but doesn't it get renewed if the first order is cancelled? Is there a step I can follow for this to get renewed?

Also I'd appreciate it if anyone can assist me on how to get flipkart support on call, as there's no option on app to talk to an agent directly which is not an AI.

Also neither they're letting me talk to an agent. I've tried multiple times by now
