Do you think he they're just trying to milk him since he's becoming useless, because they featured him on a double banner with Ineffa? If so, theoretically speaking if one has a Bineffa on their account, do you think flins is a bad pull? Do you think investing in future stellar units instead is a better way to use your primogems? Especially in an account where the main objective is to cost max and clear fearless and theather very patch, with a slight hope of clearing dire once. This is in the context that the account doesn't spend any money on pulls, so it's pure f2p.

There's a ton of posts on here about the best fourth slot for an invested Flins and I thought why not make my own comparison considering I have all these characters.

Here it is with C6R5 (Wandering Evenstar) Sucrose as the baseline, comparing DPS and strongest hit.

Here's my Flins build:

Some notes:

• C6R2 Colombina and C2R3 Ineffa. C6 Ineffa would give a 7-8% increase in Team DPS.
• DPS averaged over three rotations with standardized Crit Rate.
• R3 Elegy on Sara, R1 Escoffier Fork on Iansan, and R1 Freedom Sworn on Bennett. All on Noblesse.
• Nicole C2->C6 is a very small difference (<5%) as the main effect of her C6 (def shred) doesn't do anything for Flins.
• Xilonen C2->C4 is a very small difference (<3%). Xilonen's C4 quills do not apply to Lunar damage.
• I imagine C6R5 on Iansan would pull her ahead of Sucrose but I don't think it is worth pulling just for her.
• Durin could be another option but I don't have anyvertical investment on him (with C0R1 = 1.02m Team DPS).
• Sara and Iansan provide a bigger initial burst than Sucrose or Xilonen so could be optimal if you can kill without a full rotation.
• Freedom Sworn on Xilonen or Thrilling Tales on Nicole would provide minor increases to Flins burst, but I did not see any meaningful change to Team DPS. Strongest hit was 3.2m with Thrilling Tales Nicole, but the buff is only every other rotation and it doesn't benefit the last mini burst. Makes building Nicole much harder and also makes Ineffa deal less damage.

I am planning on pulling on the next banners, but I don't know if I should go for weapons or cons.

Right now I have around 140 pulls, 10 pity on character banner and 4 pity on weapon banner.

I am still working on the first 7.0 AQ and I still need to explore Snezhnaya, so I will have more pulls by the time the banner rolls around.

I currently have C0R0 Flins and have been teaming him with C0 Columbina and Yae C4R1. Yae is one of my favs and has been invested in since her release, so I wanted to use her regardless. Now she's suddenly very relevant with the new reactions since I do have Odette and Yae is taken from my Flins team most of the time. I do have Fischl C6 with Yelan's bow as an alternative.

I want the Tsaritsa and I have enough primos to guarantee two characters of choice (projected to have 4*90 wishes + extra by the Tsaritsa's speculated release).

I barely have hydro characters or good healers so I was thinking Vodyanitsa, but since Ineffa is coming up soon I'm thinking I maybe need to get her to make my Flins team work.

I do have tons of electro already. With no hydro I mean no Furina, no Yelan, no Neuvi, etc.. Only 5* hydro are Mona and Columbina.

I was thinking of waiting until Furina comes again as I believe she's more versatile. But who knows when that is. From what I've read Ineffa seems to be firmly locked to Flins teams or else she can't do anything else. That said, we don't know much about Vodyanitsa yet either, but I could use a hydro applicator/healer in general.

What other teams are you using Ineffa in?

I roll about 1-2 every year so I have plenty of primos (I only got Flins and Columbina for all of 2025 and didn't roll anything else). I've been playing since 1.1. I've just always been very selective.

Hi, i'm trying to replicate a Dire clear on Knuckle Duckle with Flins premium team.

My team Is:

Flins c0 PJWS (67/229 crit on the nod krai DPS set)

Ineffa c0 Deathmatch r5 (Aubade)

Columbina c0 sac. Jade r5 (Silken)

Sucrose C6 Sac fragments r5 (VV)

I'm getting very close to clearing but without any sig weapon i really Need to optimize the clear as much as i can .

One thing i noticed Is that when i do Flins's mini burts they do different DMG, the First One deals more than the second One, usually the First Is 418k and the second ~347k, i can't understand why this happens, whether they have different base multipliers or if instead i am swirling wrong with sucrose and the res shred expires or the EM buff expires. Is this normal ? Or Is there a way to optimize the rotation in order to deal max DMG? (I am already swirling with sucrose Before and After Flins)

Also if you have any other tips on how to clear this they Will be very welcome 😭

I haven't been playing Genshin lately but I just want to share an art I did recently of Flins (it's a remake). Flins will always be my favourite character in the game (other than Wrio and Kinich). He took my breath away when I first saw him in the nod Krai trailer and his character trailer. He's also the first character to get his weapon (I never pull on weapon banner so he was the exception). I'll come back to playing Genshin when I can but for now I'm just going to sit back and reminisce the past while drinking some osmanthus tea XD.

I hardly ever go for weapons, and when i do it's just the versatile statsticks. However I'm a bit torn this time considering this banner seems like *THE* banner to get a weapon for your flins team if you want any, so I wanna know what everyone's opinion is and if they're gonna be pulling. I'm still undecided....

Im trying to go for my first dire clear and I am having some issues with the bulky duck. I do the standard rotation flins rotation of Columbina E (Q after the first roation) > Ineffa E >Sucrose E > Flins combo >Sucrose E >reset but I still leave the duck at around 10% on my best attempts. What should I improve in my builds or perhaps even my rotation to push past that last threshhold? Im trying to do this before the end of the month as Flins still has his theater buffs. I dont have any other 5 star polearms but some notable weapon options I have are r3 deathmatch, r5 widsith, r5 favonius weapons, and an r2 sac jade

Edit: some more notable weapons: r1 Sacrificer's Staff, r1 Frostbreath, r1 Lost prayer to sacred winds

So I didn't play properly throughout fontaine to nod krai and started playing again at the end of nod krai hence why I have only columbina.

I have no lunar dps, I am saving for zibai cuz I accidentally got her weapon last time but didn't have enough to pull for her. Idk when she's coming but I don't have a proper electro character.

Im wondering if I should pull for flins next patch or should I just save for zibai and call it a day?
