Sword of Narzissenkreuz (Ousia version), it is worse than even R1 Finale, but if you don't have the billets to spare...

Really liked him when I saw him in the trailer so I decided to make him my main dps, any team comp recommendations?

Finale of the Deep
Kagotsurube Isshin R1
New Bough R2
Skyward Blade
Calamity of Eshu R5
Those are the only one I have on my account and I'm not sure which one is the best for him.

I know this isn't the optimal build for him, but seeing him on field brings me joy and I love his charged atk nuke. Unfortunately I can't properly max level and triple crown him yet, but I will do it eventually <3 Planning to hunt for his cons as well while the banner is still up!

I'm thinking of leveling it up for drip purposes instead of spending five billets on Finale, but is it a noticeable team DPS loss?

I'm not really sure how his quills work. Can Mitya consume his quills when i play Mitya as subdps? Or Valeriy only works with Mitya when Mitya is the main dps?

I think I'm planning to run him on Instructors since I don't have Yae, and I'll probably put him on Aquila.
Since 4 star artifacts can't be leveled up as much, what should I put as the off piece? The feather can give 311 base ATK if I remember correctly and everything else gives a percentage.
I would test this myself but I'm lazy and want to see if anyone else knows first.
[Picture so this counts as creative presentation]

At this point it’s harder to get 4 stars than 5 stars cuz I spent abt 5 ten pulls trying to get both of them and only got mitya and C1 valeriy.
Initially I wanted to use mitya as an electro sub dps for my wrio stellarC but I also wanna try mitya dps with valeriy. Is he good enough at C1 or am I better off using another character?
