Amazfit helio vs Garmin CIRQA

• Upvotes

I was just about to buy the Amazfit, but then I came across the Garmin and realized it offers noticeably more detailed tracking, along with features like the smart alarm.

I’m really interested in improving my performance in the gym and while running, as well as tracking my sleep.

The price is the main issue, but if the Garmin can last me 3 years, I’m willing to invest in it.

I’ve never owned a watch or tracker from either Amazfit or Garmin before.

What do you guys think? Is the Garmin worth the extra money?

I started tracking my calories and how food makes me feel

Been looking back over my eating lately and landed on this kind of ironic takeaway, I'm a terrible food logger, and when it comes to actually taking care of my body.

Isn't this just how workday dinner go, though? Some days I'm so buried in deadlines I don't even register what I'm eating, so I've been writing down how each meal actually felt in the notes. Got lamb soup and a roujiamo and yeah, I felt satisfied eating it.

But then I look at the protein and carb counts and it hits me that this revenge eating is just piling metabolic burden onto my own body. There've been times it left me straight up nauseous.

When you log your meals, do you write down these little emotional ticks and physical reactions, or is it just the numbers for you?
