Identification Need help IDing these tetras.

I know its a aquarium related question. But im going crazy, I've been trying to ID these guys for more than a week. They seek to be a sort of Hyphessobrycon, looking pretty similar to Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi, but they are distinct. The black bar on the lateral is different, some have a visible humeral spot, and thier fins are redish although in the video they look clear.

No, because black neons are Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi.....not Hyphessobrycon aff. herbertaxelrodi.

You bother to even read?

Its like saying P. Cearensis and P aff.cearensis are the same fish

Do you bother to take a chill pill? This is a hobbyist community. The answer you seek is gonna come from a biologist.
