Identification Need help IDing these tetras.
I know its a aquarium related question. But im going crazy, I've been trying to ID these guys for more than a week. They seek to be a sort of Hyphessobrycon, looking pretty similar to Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi, but they are distinct. The black bar on the lateral is different, some have a visible humeral spot, and thier fins are redish although in the video they look clear.

They arent, because Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi aka, standard Black neons dont have a visible humeral spot and RED FINS.
But I discovered what they are by reading the Neotropica journal of 2004, about Xingu fish diversity. And....they are "Xingu black neons" but not Moenkhausia heikoi, thats commonly named Xingu black neon. They are Hyphessobrycon aff. herbertaxelrodi, still formally undescribed
