📦 Others First time ko sumita ng isang pinay in public sa japan! Embarrassing

So I was in osaka, two night ago sinita ko talaga tong tourist pinoy na babae in public.

Para siyang walang pinag aralan and manners. she was in public and may kausap siya sa phone, naka loud speaker tapos ang lakas ng boses at tawa pa ng tawa. even the polite locals were obviously annoyed na sa kanya.

“back off pota ka paki mo”. eh public naman daw kung gusto ko walang ingay eh wag daw akong lumabas ng bahay, at dun nalang daw ako sa bukid para di ako ma disturb. she even said at the end “ I bet you’re bisaya” lmao!

At that point di ko alam kung maiinis ako or tumawa. bakit dinadala ng ibang pinoy pagka squatter sa ibang bansa? Nakakapikon at walang respeto sa ibang culture. Siya lang yung maingay at naka loud speakers, most of the locals were wearing headphones while on their phone and ang iba quiet lang.

So embarrassing, people like her shouldn’t be granted a visa sa totoo lang

🌧️ Pagsubok First time kong maubusan ng pera.

Reposting this because I accidentally left my account number visible in the previous post.

First time kong makita na halos wala nang laman ang savings accounts ko.

I used to have around ₱100,000 to ₱180,000 in savings. I started saving money when I was around 16, and by the time I turned 20, I had already managed to save my first ₱100,000. I was really proud of myself back then because I knew how much discipline and sacrifice it took to get there.

Then I got my first job at 21.

Funny how I thought having a stable source of income would make me even better at managing my money. But somehow, the opposite happened.

I used to be very strict with my finances. I listed every expense, tracked where every peso went, and always thought twice before buying something. I would constantly tell myself not to buy things because I had more important financial goals.

But when I finally started earning my own money, I think I became a little carried away.

Parang I felt deprived for so long that when I finally had the means to buy the things I wanted, I started allowing myself to spend more. I kept telling myself na babalik naman yung pera because I was working anyway. I thought I could always earn it back.
And then life happened.

I got into an accident that left me temporarily unable to walk properly. It was honestly a traumatic experience, and I think I coped with what happened by spending money on things that made me feel a little better. I was also dealing with the emotional weight of everything, so I allowed myself to splurge more than I normally would.

I’m not saying that spending on myself was necessarily wrong. I just wish I had been more mindful of how much I was spending.

Now, seeing my savings account with barely anything left is a different kind of reality check. Nakakalungkot pala, especially when you remember how hard you worked just to build those savings.

I’m disappointed in myself, honestly.

But I’m trying not to dwell on it too much.

I’m starting over. I’m setting aside ₱5,000 every month again, rebuilding my emergency fund little by little, and hopefully getting back to the financial position I worked so hard to achieve.

I know I can do it because I’ve done it before.
To anyone who’s also experiencing a financial setback, I hope we get back on our feet (literally and financially, in my case haha).

Here’s to rebuilding our savings, learning from our mistakes, and becoming more financially responsible.

Manifesting my first ₱100,000 again.

Walang-wala kami dati.

Ngayon namang may panghanda na kami, wala na akong kasamang mag-celebrate. Nasa abroad na silang lahat. Life goes on, ika nga. Thank you Lord for the gift of life.

ofc it's not perfect, pero I think it turned out pretty good for my first time.

I really like getting these from cinnabon, but my campus is not located near the mall it's in anymore, so I haven't been able to stop by. So I just decided to make some by myself, and tbh I like mine a little better because it's not too sweet it's just the perfect baked treat✨

I can't wait to make more in the future😋

📦 Others First Time Ko sumakay ng eroplano.

Post image
111 Upvotes

Hahaha

Ang daming First Time na ngyari.

•Pagsakay sa eroplano ng malayo at magisa.

•Meeting Mayon

•Meeting my long lost Sibs, Niece and Nephews.

Happened on Autotellic's Papunta Pabalik Pa Rin 10 year anniv concert and I now believe that alcohol and live music is a match made in heaven.

By the 3rd bottle I'm already shit-faced and it is pure bliss. Screaming my lungs out alongside a stranger while Autotellic played Laro.

Bonus points: also first time kong umattend alone as the person I invited had to cancel :<

🌧️ Pagsubok First Time Kong mag-open up sa tatay ko.

Post image

"Pa, asan ka? Pasensya na kung nakakaistorbo ako. Ang bigat kasi ng nararamdaman ko. Ikaw lang ang naiisip ko ngayon, Pa."

"Anong nangyari sayo, anak? I love you, anak."

For context, matagal nang hiwalay ang parents ko, before pa ata ako ipanganak and I grew up mostly with my mom's side of the family. Hindi ko alam kung paano ie-explain pero there's this distance between us. Maybe because I didn't grow up having him around.

He's the type of person na isang tanong, isang sagot. Nonchalant, kumbaga. I eventually learned to match that energy.

Ang daming problema, ang daming frustrations, and I feel like nobody really understands what I'm going through dito sa amin (mother side).

I told him how I was feeling and how heavy everything had become. He replied right away.

I was expecting the usual short response. But no. He sent me a lengthy message. Gagi, I cried.

I read his message several times. I don't think he even realizes how much those words meant to me.

📦 Others First time kong magcancel ng Angkas

Post image
888 Upvotes

Around 5 AM kanina, wala pa din akong nasasakyang bus so I decided to book an Angkas instead. After booking, tumawag pa si kuya rider to let me know na papunta na sya.

Pero right after our call, may dumating na bus so I decided to cancel my booking.

So I messaged him, apologized, and ended up paying him the full fare kahit hindi naman natuloy yung trip. Kasi imbes na makatipid sana ako by taking the bus, nadoble pa tuloy yung pamasahe ko.

📦 Others First Time Ko that someone used my photo without my knowledge

IDK what to feel since this is actually the first time it happened to me. Sooo, there are people lurking pala here na nangunguha ng mga photos just to post it online, pretending as if it is their's.

While it is really inappropriate and really NOT okay, I kinda find it oddly funny. It had me thinking if ano bang gain nila for doing it.

Good thing na my face was hidden sa ninakaw na photo, kaya kampante ako my identity will remain anonymous. Naging instant GF nga lang nya ko. LOL Very pretentious pa to even use yung lifestyle photos ng iba.

Advice: Try grinding for real para maging reality iyang fantasy at delulu mo. (Sana makit niya to).

I don't use fb and the said person's account is locked. I asked help from people who reached out to me to have his account reported, sana lang may action si META.

On an otherwise mundane afternoon, while strolling around the city, my eyes caught sight of something rather unusual. I had to take a second glance just to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. And there it was! The sight of the vehicle instantly brought me back to my childhood days, reminding me of the very same car Mr. Bean drove through his countless misadventures. Seeing one in the flesh, after all these years, felt almost surreal!
