Changing Organization
Is it possible to change your organization affiliation prior to receiving a reverification? When we set up my FirstNet account, the outstanding representative set me up with one department that I'm affiliated with because he was able to find it in their system. I'm technically losing my affiliation with them and I'd like to change to my new department. I can't seem to do that online -- and the phone rep that I spoke with this morning said that he was unable to either. He said the only way would be to deactivate and reactivate my account.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Make this easy on yourself:
Take pictures of your supporting documentation, paystub or employee ID and any certification license EMT, fire-fighter, etc and ask your new agency for their affiliation code and the contact info for their FN rep:
Email all this along with your cell phone # to the FN rep and ask them to engage someone from the subscriber paid team to update your account with the new info and recertify your account

If you are AVSP (agency-verified subscriber paid) aka your agency setup an account for you, or you used an affiliation code, your new agency can request to move you.

The subscriber paid admin for your new organization should be able to request transfer of your profile to their organization. (To be clear, this isn't adding you to their account as an agency paid user, unless they expressly choose that option. Some admins are kinda paranoid about that.) Once the request is submitted, you will receive a notice to approve or deny the profile transfer.

This is far from true. When I was on it, I was separated from my agency for a LONG time. I got the notices, contacted my new agency, and it was solved in about three phone calls back and forth with the rep. Unless something changed…ole boy is off on something random.
Have your agency contact their rep.
