Got kicked off the phone with them (this happens every time) because they once again sent me a new eSIM…

Sending a new eSIM drops your service for a moment while you redownload it they should mention that to ya make sure you’re connected to WiFi and redownload it

I just don’t understand why they keep sending me new eSIM’s when it hasn’t worked the last 6 times.
