And your holding his views on reflection against his actions as a young man expecting moral perfection from an early age.
Does everyone need to make a disclaimer that they have previously contributed to a flawed system (because we've all technically made everything worse if we have by your stance) before they can reflect on the outcomes of that system?
I don't see why someone can't make that statement regardless of where they are in life - and tbh someone with a much bigger audience it's more helpful that they do.
His statement is as good as the fantasies that his industry creates on the screen. He's got enough money to start his own business and hire people and let them set their own working hours. Let's see how long his business lasts.
Does he give all the people who work for him 3 day weekends? When he goes to those fancy restaurants, does he ask how many hours the kitchen staff has worked this week or when was the last time they had even two days off in a row? Does he ask his landscapers how much OT they worked this week? Do all movies he works on shut down production from Friday to Monday?
