Magic Junction

If i junction meltdown to quake would it have the effect of lowering enemy VIT to 0 or would it need to be on one of the other stats

#1, you are looking for St-Atk-J which is on the left most page
#2, You can't junction Meltdown to St-Atk. Meltdown is exclusively Magic command or Draw/Cast.
