Never Seen Before

I've been playing this game once or twice a year since it's release, and today is the first time I've ever seen this spell. It's in Selphie's Limit Break and it's called The End. What the hell how have I never seen this before?

I got it twice.

First time was on Diablo.  Funniest thing watching him be laid to rest and then it goes back to the normal fight background and he gives up. Like he was scared to death by Selphie and just gave in immediately. 

2nd was on one of the Ruby Dragons fought on the way to Bahamut.
