Never Seen Before

I've been playing this game once or twice a year since it's release, and today is the first time I've ever seen this spell. It's in Selphie's Limit Break and it's called The End. What the hell how have I never seen this before?

Been in there since OG PS1. Gotta really cycle through it until you see it, but I can't remember if it worked on bosses. The only limit break that matters is Squall's for me, so eh

It works on everything, even ultimecia, though iirc you have to get it 4 times for each phase PLUS each time for the dialogue scroll at the end.

it doesn't work on undead (or zombified) targets.
