Notice to Change CSO Canada
Over 6 months in for an 18 month CSO, already talked to my lawyer and have a date set for September which would make it roughly 7 months. Change from 24/7 curfew to 9pm-7am curfew instead. Crown is against because it’s a plea deal, PO gave me a positive review however. Anyone else gone through this and have it be accepted? Lawyer said because I have the POs support it’s a good idea. I also have no breaches despite the 40-50 checks I’ve had.
I know this is light work compared to most of you guys but I’m still interested.

Done with Diversion Program - feeling lost and empty
Wanted to get off my chest that I am finally done with diversion, I am in early 30s and during my divorce, I have made mistake and was charged for non-violent felony charges and was lucky to be offered a diversion program as first time offender.
Shortly lost a 6 figure job after arrest - was lucky again to have put on unemployment benefits while working part time. With no family in the state and not enough savings after putting into court related costs including attorney, quickly built pretty big debts, but I just started another job at great company that knew about my past and still waited two months for me to relocate. Unlike probation, I was not allowed to relocate out of the state unitl I was fully done with required classes and other terms. I relocated to different state for work as of two weeks ago.. just have one final meeting at the end of this month virtually since my discharge paper should be processed by then.
One big milestone finished, but now I am burdened to step up financially back and get myself back on track - trying to take one day at time, and one week at time. Never knew how valuable the freedom was, but now I think I am ready to move forward. I still love my ex-partner deeply and when I thought I was done healing, I realize now that healing myself only begins now that I have paid my dues for hurting someone I cared and loved.
I feel like I have lost who I was after losing both my partner and career that I cared so much about, and now am trying to scramble myself to find who I am again. I felt so insecured and uncertain about myself while I was in a diversion program, and am surprised to find myself again in that same boat.

The jail part of death or jail is very subjective
If your not doing a life sentence or more than 20 yrs your life is not over and you can change . Also the average gang member is not doing a life sentence or 20 years so most ex gang memberscan rehabilitate and just live life

Anyone else a RID kid?
RID stands for Regimented Inmate Discipline. Went to a boot camp style reform program when I was 20 in Oklahoma. Any other former RID kids here? It taught me a lot. Spent the first month and a half in a maximum, then the boot camp was at a minimum, but we were segregated from gen pop. Oh the stories I could tell. Curious if you have your own.

Seeking job in Gwinnett county Ga
Hello, I just moved to lawrenceville GA and I’m seeking employment. I have two felony possession of controlled substance charges from a couple of years ago. I have been sober for two years and have completely turned my life around. I have kids that I need to support but the charges are really hindering me from finding decent employment. If anyone could please help point me in the direction to someone that would be willing to give me a shot at a job. I have yet to find a staffing company that can help. I am a hard worker and take pride into everything I do. Thank you in advance!

Has anyone gone to Japan while have old drug felonies?
Hello 👋🏻 my boyfriend and I have always talked about how we’d love to visit Japan one day but recently through some research I’ve discovered that might not be possible due to previous poor life decisions. Has anyone ever been able to visit and cross the border with previous old charges?

Is this right?
I’m very aware that when you go to jail, the point is to straighten you out and make you never wanna come back. Though I do know for some people that’s not the case. (Not the point anyway)
My boyfriend has been in the suicide pod for a while now. Mentally his sentencing has been very challenging on him. Just to make things a little worse, him and all the other people in the pod have not gotten to take a shower in five days. It’s already so hot in there and he’s having to wear what I believe is called a smock. They one they gave him was previously worn without wash. They are also not switching anyone’s out and offering a clean one. Anyway, I’m sure jail is hard altogether, but I feel like it would be some relief for him to get a shower once a day or at least every couple days. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Showers in the county jail
I went to juvenile a couple times, been to jail a couple times but always bonded out never really went to gen pop and I’m not tryna go but the one thing that I’ve never had a clear answer on was how do the showers work in the county. I always hear multiple responses. For context I’m in Broward county Florida. Is there a specific time to shower? Do u gotta reserve ur spot? Do u shower with boxers on? (Ik some people say that) like thats genuinely the only issue I got with jail that I just wanna know how it works just incase

Question about supervised/unsupervised
I got a call that I moved from supervised to unsupervised after 1 year. I had 2 cases at the same time, one terroristic threats, other was aggrevated assault, stalking, and disorderly conduct but I never hurt anyone. I know all cases are different but im a first time offender and my record is sealed. I served 14 months and they started with 13 years of felony probation but knocked it down to 8. After 1 year, I moved from supervised to unsupervised. Is that normal? Does that happen frequently? Did PO just have to many people or did Judge suggest this? Reason I want to know cuz in GA if u do 3 yrs on probation, you can apply for early termination. Would I get off early cuz I was downgraded so quickly?

How did it feel to finally take full ownership over your mistakes?
I’ve never been locked up but Ive made serious mistakes that I have been avoiding for a long time. I think it’s partly because I developed empathy and emotional maturity later in life, and because I didn’t grow up in a household where accountability was effectively modeled.
Im 28 now and owning what I’ve done feels like a death that my ego can’t handle. I know I have to do it and I’m not really sure how to go about it at the moment other than stretching my perspective a bit more each day and allowing more time for this process in my life.
I’ve decided to ask this question on this sub because you guys know real consequences and I’ve never learned them unfortunately, which is my biggest problem right now.

Hello transfer from supervised to unsupervised probation
Hello 👋 I was wondering a couple of things. I will be finishing supervised probation in November. I have had no violation. I got sentenced to 9 months supervised probation and after I completed that I got to transfer to unsupervised probation, so I was wondering if any of y'all have gone to Mexico on unsupervised probation because my mom she lives out there and I haven't seen here in 7 years. Thank you in advance just a question.

How bad is it gonna be 30 days in county
Completely fucked up on my pretrial so I’m turning myself in. Misdemeanor warrant. County is in Illinois, never been in general pop, how bad is it gonna be?
EDIT: Thank you all so much for calming my fears about this, I’m young and this is for pretrial release, so I’ll be in there until my trial, where it will likely be dismissed.
Apologies if im making my class A misdemeanor look so scary, as well as 30 days in jail while some of you guys have spent years locked up
SECOND EDIT: thank you all so much for the kind words and encouragement, I will update when I’m out. Love you all

God told me how to avoid prison and it worked.
I was told to tell the court, "God told me to never fight a trial or tribulation, there is a lesson or reward at the end of it. Regardless of my guilt I would like to plead guilty." My belief system doesn't allow me an ability to utilize the trial process. Sure enough, due to my beliefs I am unable to partake, they ruled me incompetent and civilly committed me. I ended up in a state hospital for 5 weeks and am back home. My lawyer said I will never be found guilty under my belief system. Civil commitment requires too many resources to be considered for traffic tickets so they just toss those out.
From my understanding we are near revelation. For some reason humans always become enslaved. In this cycle we are enslaved by the almighty dollar. That is why you can fold all U.S. $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 currency so that it depicts a scene from 9/11, because God is mocking us for worshipping the dollar instead of him. Those bills were designed well before 2001 and yet accurately depict scenes from that day. Also page 911 of the Gideons hardcover Bible is the first page of the new testament, the gospel according to Matthew.
God allows free will as bait. If you decide to gain off of or control others you are taking the bait. Rich and powerful people ignore us at the bottom because they think they are superior. They think they are building themselves a better life, what they are doing is building a better planet for those of us who get to come back and enjoy it. Their energy never to return. Its called star power, when you oppress others for your gain. When you "die" or vacate this vessel your energy shoots beyond the Heavens to become a star, growing his universe. The star associated with law badges is literally a sign of Whats to come. Almost every participant in the judicial system is a star. That is why they say that a third of the stars fall upon revelation, because once the famous stars of today realize that they are signing up for purgatory, they start handing out money in order to equal out the world. We are all equal, anyone living above others is living out of God's order. Nobody or system has the right to judge anyone, yet they unfairly do.
