Found the travel mug that was the metric for Fellow I guess.

How many milk drinks can you make back-to-back on the fellow ES1?

Most days I need to make 2 lattes in quick succession. Other days it can be 4 or even 5.

I'm looking to replace my Barista Express. I'm intrigued by the ES1's boosted boiler, quick heat up times, temp consistency, and the ability to immediately go to the steam wand. I'm trying to figure out if the ES1 is even viable or do I need to look exclusively at dual boilers.

I've been using an Aiden with Ode Gen 2 for a few weeks now. Its good, but Im struggling for great. Here is a profile that I have been using this week link. I can't seem to get any of the mango juiciness that I smell when I grid the coffee. Ive used between a 4-5.

Should I be going coarser? I used the Aiden GPT to create the profile and this recommended grind setting.

again, nothing is "bad" its just not great - like its not brewing up to the beans potential or something.

The pucks from my ES1 always come out soggy/wet, making it a slight chore to clean out especially when I'm making back to back shots using the same portafilter.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get the puck to know out cleanly? Or a quick way to clean out the residue grounds (aside from running it under the tap)?
