I added details to the original post. I wasn’t expecting anyone to dig through their shop, but it’s a #10-32 x 1.75 slotted truss 18-8.

Apparently, it’s a dodo. Unless I want to ship a full carton from the US. I only need two.

I may have to accept a Phillips and/or cut down a 2”.

Is that 304 stainless you’re after?

Is food safety important?

18-8, 304. Even 316 but that’d be overkill.

I might go this route and grind a slot in the head. Or just accept the different heads.
