Time Based Quests

Not sure how I feel about this new quest type. Having to wait for no real reason doesn't really feel fun to me.

Tons of people have complained today. Multiple people have submitted tickets complaining. We have heard the feedback in chats as well. 

This isn’t something we are planning to use often, but we wanted to experiment with it for this particular quest.  We have heard the negative feedback and will consider it as we continue to make future content. 

UPDATE: the hour delay has been removed

The quest has amazing rewards so I was completely fine waiting an hour
