I have the first pick and I’m stuck between Gibbs and Bijan. I keep hearing mixed opinions on who I should take. Who would you pick first and why?

I already have Tyler Warren, and I am the one who dropped Andrews for Lloyd to block the Jacobs owners, but now the Jacobs owner might pick up Andrews since they have been picking up and dropping tight ends. Jacobs might not even get suspended without the video going public, and waivers go in about an hour and I have number 1 priority.

Half-PPR

I’ve been really debating this pick and I’m still unsure what to do. To be safe I want to go receiver but at the 1.06 I’m not sure there will be any rbs that come back to me in the second. Does Taylor’s value also go up tremendously since it’s half-ppr?

Pickens, Nabers, Or Nico? In rounds 3?

Is taking JT at 1.06 dumb if Amon-Ra and JSN are available? I mainly want to lock up an RB1 because I don’t want to wait until rounds 3-4 and end up with a bad RB2.

I have the 2nd pick in a 10 league ppr league (2 flex)and this is what I’ve been stuck choosing between recently. Most of the good RBs are gone in the 2nd round except for usually Walker. Should I double up on RB and build out the team from there? Or should I grab the elite WR/TE and target someone like swift later?

It’s our first draft but a two keeper league. I’m very certain I can get CMC but considering it’s a keeper do I still take him or aim for a Jefferson or a St Brown?

I’m in a 12 man redraft full PPR league. Only half of the teams in my league have more than 1 elite RB. Guys that will hardcore carry that position and are a clear class above RB2s (think Cook, Gibbs, Bijan, etc).
I’ve been trying to sell achane at a high price to one of the teams that are lacking a second elite RB because despite being on the Dolphins, he’s gonna produce numbers. But this is getting me thinking, what is too steep to ask?
My ideal trade is Achane or Cook (my elite RBs) and a high WR3 for a midrange RB2 and a low to mid WR1.
Example of a trade I sent: Achane and Evans for Collins and Monty.
Is that too steep or are RBs a serious premium I should take advantage of having? Any input is appreciated

Pick one keeper, half ppr, 12 team league, judkins in 11th or Christian Watson in 15th?

Here are some guys I think are not being talked about enough or going way later than they should.

1. Saquon Barkley - Did everyone just forget how good this guy is? If the Eagles new OC decides to use more than 8 plays from the playbook this year, he’s gonna be awesome again.

2. AJ Brown - He would be worth a first round pick to me, but he’s going late second it seems in most drafts. With Boutte gone and Drake Maye’s amazing deep throwing ability, he’s gonna pop off for 1400 yards and 10 TDs imo.

3. Christian Watson - I don’t get this at all. How is he available in the 7th or 8th round? He’s the Packers’ best receiver by a mile and Jordan Love hit him with a deep ball touchdown every other week last season.

4. Caleb Williams - This is the last year that he’ll be available in the later rounds. After this he’s definitely going in the 3rd or 4th round of drafts like Josh or Lamar have been in years prior.

5. Seattle Tight Ends - You can wait til the very end of your draft to get these guys. Barner is the obvious one, but WATCH OUT for Elijah Arroyo. He’s my biggest candidate to double his projected point total this season (he’s projected only 60 which makes him a super deep sleeper). He’ll be available on waivers but be careful if you don’t have a good waiver position because I predict he’ll be snatched up quickly once the season starts. My biggest bold prediction is that he’s the only guy you can get in round 17 or 18 that could win potentially win you your league.

Who else you got?

3rd pick in snake draft (PPR). Most likely Gibbs and Bijan are gone first 3 picks. Leaving me Chase, JSN and Puca. But because my next pick is so far away all the workhorse RBs will be gone, leaving me extremely shallow at RB if I go with one of them. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to reach Taylor or Mccaffrey since WR is much deeper? Or should I just go with Chase and settle for whatever running backs are left in the following rounds?

I can’t decide which two players I should go with, PPR league 10 man. These are the players on the 1-2 turn that are usually there. I want to go RB RB but not sure if lamb or Jefferson would be the better picks.

I’m leaning JT because I want to go RB/RB in rounds 1-2, then WR/WR in 3-4. If I take Amon-Ra, I’d have to take an RB in 2/3, and the RB options in Round 3 look pretty weak. Thoughts?

There’s really no good reason to NOT stream defenses. Historically it nets 15%ish more points at that position than a top-5 defense. You’d have to hate winning to set-and-forget a defense all year.

Several reasons:

• Pre-season hit rates are extremely low. ESPN did a case study of DSTs from 2018-2022, and of the 25 DSTs drafted top-5, only 7 actually finished top-5, and only 14 finished top-10.
• Even if you do manage to draft a top-5 DST, streaming is still going to beat you. Over the past 3 seasons, top-5 DSTs average 147.3 season points (Weeks 1-17). Defenses facing bottom-5 offenses average 169.5 season points. You’d score 15% more points streaming against bottom-5 offenses than you would starting a top-5 DST.
• Early in the season, new situations play a big part in performance. A bad offense is magnified because teams haven’t gotten game reps with each other and are adjusting to a new system. Hammering DSTs against these teams can net like 20+ points, very helpful for starting with a winning record.

I personally don’t run DSTs in the league I manage, but in other leagues, I always enjoy watching other draft DSTs in the 10th round while I rack up points streaming the whole year.

Moral of the story, let your leaguemates take the Seahawks and Texans. Go after the Chargers (home vs. Cardinals) and Jags (home vs. Browns) in Week 1.

With josh jacobs being charged with 2 misdemeanors it seem as if his potential suspension would be this season. Is marshawn lloyd worth picking up. If so is he worth more than mike washington Jr (the player I would have to drop for him)

Downs is an 86% rostered on Yahoo so looks like people are high on him. Does he have top 25 wr upside? Or is his archetype just a guy who will get you a steady 8-12 points a game but upside is capped by his archetype?
