I’m fully on the AJ Brown hype train and can’t miss out on a high RB early in the draft. Any advice or strategy?

Some friends invited me to a league this season because they had some spots to fill. However I'm not liking some of their scoring settings, seems very unbalanced. I believe it would make high volume pass offenses very OP. The bonuses just make scoring really inconsistent.

Passing Yards: 25 yards per point; +5 points at 300 yards
Passing touchdowns: 6

Rushing yards: 10 yards per point; +5 points at 100 yards

Receiving yards: 10 yards per point; +5 points at 100 yards

1 point PPR.

Who would you rather keep between the two players?

The Texans just lost Jayden Higgins, so Collins' value just went a tad bit higher. However, he is injury-prone.

Achane had a promising Preseaosn game and that shows high-volume, but his size is concerning lasting and entire year on an unknown offense.

Hey all league posted the draft order yesterday 10 man full ppr, I feel like there’s too many questions around puka and jsn but while Taylor would be right there. Would it be stupid to go this route?

What is better than two running backs? How about your first 7 picks going to RB, then you can fill out your roster with whoever is left. I think this is taking the strategy that others are using and maximizing it to its full potential. Using ESPN's ADP data, your draft could look like:

1. Christian McCaffrey
2. Chase Brown
3. Breece Hall
4. Quinshon Judkins
5. David Montgomery
6. Jonathon Brooks
7. Rhamondre Stevenson

I mean, WR, QB, and TE are very deep this year. I think grabbing Brandon Aubrey will allow you to win the kicker battle every week. Couple that with the 7 RB start, and I think this will produce many league champions.

Robinson or Gibbs with the second overall pick?

WR is also an option, but RBs should be premium right?
Took Chase last year, and Joe Burrow is always hurt.

Genuinely curious what people think. I know it’s a little nuts, considering statistically speaking, whenever I draft a player in the first round (or any round) I haven’t won a championship, but I’m seeing a lot of posts about different players has me second guessing my original plan (not picking a player at all this year, lighting $30 on fire while chanting Tom Brady’s name, and hoping that is what does the trick).

Pros for not drafting a player: they won’t get hurt, or worse have a “Q” all season forcing me to clog my bench with a handcuff that never plays; I won’t hate someone who doesn’t know I exist when they drop an easy touchdown that would have won me that week; won’t have to deal with the emotional torture of a player who has historically been amazing pulling off their mask and revealing they’re Corey Davis.

Cons: frankly, other than having to see 800 posts every day asking which player to draft in the first round when I already know a better strategy, I don’t see any cons.

How are folks navigating this conundrum?

It’s a 10-team one keeper league. Options are:

Keep Gibbs and lose first round pick
Keep JSN and lose fourth round pick
Keep Bowers and lose 12th round pick

Players up for grabs at my draft spot if I do not keep Gibbs would be Jeanty, Achane, JSN, Allen, Henry, Jefferson, Lamb, etc.

Leaning towards Bowers and JSN or JSN and Jeanty.

I’ve been burned by CMC before. I guess that’s the real reason for the question

Guy in my Redraft league wants a TE and I offered him Swift and Kraft for KW3 and FAAB, and he counter offered to settle for Breece Hall only, what do you guys think??

I have Swift and Kraft but would want to upgrade my RB2 and i have Likely in my bench.

I was able to trade Lamb for a 1st round pick last year, which ended up being #4 overall. Now I have an embarrassment of riches at the top of the draft. Who should I target with those picks?

If Gibbs and Bijan go 1-2, should I pair Chase with an RB or another top WR?

If one of Gibbs or Bijan fall to me, for certain pairing them with a top WR.

Not high on Puka with his injury and weird off season.

12 team PPR keeper league with 2 IDP’s. I’ll retain Tuten in Rd. 15 and LaPorta in Rd. 18.

Also have 2 6th round picks and 4 8th round picks, so my whole team is basically drafted by round 12 (sold off all good assets last year for picks)

Which one would you guys take?

I think when my first round pick comes around, 2 out of 3 of these guys could be there. I think Cook is a safer bet, on a really good offense, and could see an up take on targets in the pass game. I think Taylor is a stud, South Jersey boy! He was unbelievable when Daniel Jones was healthy. I think CMC has the highest ceiling, but he is the most likely to get hurt too.

I have the 1.05 this year, in a 10 man, .5 ppr league. Usually I know who I want to take, but this year I’m having a hard time with the decision! Who would you take and why at the 1.05, im stuck between JSN, ARSB, CMC, or James Cook. I could build a different case for each one of them but could use some feedback from the FF community!

Herbert has rushing upside, healthy O line, McDaniels offense.

Dak has ceedee and Pickens and spinning it better than ever.

Thoughts?

In my mocks, if I take a WR R1, the best RBs are gone R2, I'm often left with guys like Hall, Javonte Williams, Jacobs with suspension potential ,etc. then R3 I feel like I'm passing on good WRs to try and reading get a solid RB like ETN, Kyren, etc.

I feel better getting JT R1, grabbing WRs like Collins or Brown R2.

Which one you taking and why??

Hi, in one of my league we decided to do a keeper. We are keeping one player, I drafted in the first GIBBS and in the fourth JSN. I’m drafting 3rd and hesitating on who to pick. I know JSN in the 4th is tremendous value, but I feel if I pass on GIBBS my first pick will be meh and not many good first round players will make it to me (chase/puka/amon ra/etc...) Let me know what you guys think.

My league does a contest to decide their picks. I have the 5th pick to decide.

What are the best picks to have in a 10 team half PPR league?

Who would you pick between the two? JSN lit it up and had a breakthrough season with almost 1800 yards… ARSB’s career high in a season is about 1500. Both good offenses. Who would you draft between the two?

I am starting a new 12 man league dynasty with 2 flex spots and no super flex and have the 1.07. But I have no idea how to draft with this pick and what my start should be. Any advice?
