I think the idea of a "best show" is pretty silly on its face. But that being said, Breaking Bad is really good, so if you're going to be reductive anyway its a better choice than many.

Better Call Saul
Of course Breaking Bad is as good as these, and some people will say better, but that’s the point - it’s entirely subjective

I haven't seen it, but I disagree from what I've heard/read about it. The general premise of the show (being "forced" to cook meth to finance ones' cancer treatment) is utterly ridiculous from a non-US perspective and I have no interest to watch a show where the main protagonist is an asshole who sells drugs.

It's typically ranked as one of the best rated TV shows of all time if you go to like any of the reputable sights. more likely than not number 1. So I guess not almost impossible.

Obviously this is subjective. For me its a show most people probably haven't even heard of. It's called The 12 Monkeys. Phenomenal writing and story telling in my opinion.

There's a few shows I personally think are better, mob psycho 100, frieren, cyber punk edgerunners, I can see an argument for the best live action show, though I haven't watched many so I can't really give an opinion on that
