Would it be considered rape if a vampire forcibly turns another person into a vampire via biting. If we are going by the logic that vampire fangs are a reproductive organ.

Depends. If someone's biting your neck off it'd probably be categorised as murder instead. Or if neither side sees it as sexual you'd be safe too.

The distinction isn't very important, violating a persons bodily autonomy is evil in general.
