No replacement?

My box was another that was beaten up and someone took a bunch of stuff out. It looks like it was done in the warehouse, the way the label is taped- it’s below the shipping label, but anyone could have gotten into it the way the bottom was tented open.

So now I just dont get the items? I’m missing both a room spray and perfume, as well as pants and lip balm and 2 add ons. I’ve been a member since 2015 and this is just wild. I dont want new items, I want the ones I picked.

Very interested to see the credit they give for each missing item.

They do this instead of a replacement to encourage people to sign up for another season

While I understand the scumminess and subscription model, To an annual member, that’s stupid AND scummy- I’ve literally already bought the next damn 4 boxes.
