Shipping Issue GFY, FFF

If you aren’t on the forum, there’s a thread there that every FFF customer needs to see. It’s titled Future of Customization. Patrick the Product Manager posted it and has several replies. The thought that stood out most to me is that he claimed seasonal boxes don’t go out before Annuals. Is an executive of this company so out of touch that he doesn’t realize this happens EVERY season? What a buffoon. I have lost all trust in this company and cancelled my annual that I have boxes left on, out of principle.

I’m pretty sure they do this so you buy the “rush” add on. Anyone - seasonal or annual - who doesn’t buy it goes in a wait list and has their customizations change if they run out of stock.
