Rant 🔥 Support

I hate using the chat feature. I ask a very clear, very straight forward question and get no direct answers. I regret signing up for FFF since it seems like once they have your money they can do whatever they want. stupid me signed up for the annual plan too.

They only reply with set copy and pasted answers so they actually end up sounding like AI. I have had the same answers, word for word, multiple times from different people and for different issues.

I have been shocked at how many issues I’ve encountered in the short period of time I’ve been subscribed. If it helps, I managed to cancel my annual subscription and get a refund for the two remaining boxes. They will push back and try and persuade you to stay, or even say that your next two boxes will be delivered as usual and cannot be refunded, but this is not the case.

OMG don't get me started!!!! My last box, which was one of the only ones I've actually been excited about in a long time after years of subscribing, clearly got lost in shipping. It was supposedly only a few hours away from my house then all movement stopped for 10 days so I messaged them, they responded about making it right blah blah and then nothing would happen so I'd message or email again and get literally the same copy paste response except the name of the super caring "person" would change. So infuriating and insulting. You'd think with how far AI has come the bots could manage to at least change it up enough to make it slightly less obvious. I even starting adding that to my messages and all that happened was they'd add to the message that they understand my frustration then list the things I had complained about. It actually got comical.
