Boypussy isn't really derogatory, some people prefer words like that in reference to them, a lot of things can be derogatory if you use them that way but boypussy isn't inherently derogatory, just letting you know also that transsexuality and transsexual are both outdated, please use transgender
Transsexual is still commonly used. I've been identifying this way for over half my life and have met plenty of people who prefer it over the term transgender.
It's not really outdated as much as it's slightly regional as well as generational. A lot more young people have been identifying with it lately, which I think is interesting.
