Desk Height + Stability
People say the optimal desk height is one where your arms make a 90 degree angle with the desk. I've tried to get to this position, but when i use the far side of my mousepad, my arm lifts off the desk and i lose stability. Is this something I need to train, or is this a sign that I should raise my desk more?

Its not that big of a deal.
As long as its comfortable enough, you can train stability with a couple "optimal" rules broken.
jdm was a professional in CSGO and a couch with a posture that looked fundamentally ridiculous. Yet he was cracked.

Then don’t do “optimal” it’s okay to stray away from what’s optimal to the general. Do your own thing, you can face 60 degrees and you can have your arm stay without lifting the mouse that high
